Corolla Oceanside Condo Just steps from the Beach - sleeps 6

All rental periods are Friday (arrive at 4 pm) to Friday (depart by 10 am) ONLY
during June, July, and August.
September stays are 3 night minimum.

Linens are NOT included, please see below for local places to rent from.

Pets are not allowed per the HOA rules.

An Outer Banks vacation is waiting for you at the Cozy Condo OBX! Located in Indian Summer condos, this is an end unit with 3 bedrooms and is oceanside in Corolla. The newly decked community pool is available May- September, and is just across from the tennis/pickleball courts available all year! This is our home away from home to enjoy family time at the beach, and we want to share that with you! New for 2022 is flooring and new bathroom vanities, new sectional and dining room table. New for 2024 is updated bathrooms and washer and dryer.

The home offers keyless entry, wireless internet access, and Smart TVs. The kitchen is outfitted so you can cook your meals here, and there is a deck with plenty of shade and a picnic table for meals outside.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: queen main bedroom with private bathroom, queen bedroom that shares a full bath off the hallway with a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each room has a Smart TV. Each bed includes pillows, mattress pads, and comforters.

Guests will need to bring or rent: bed linens, bath, and beach towels

A Welcome Basket to get you started on your first day will be supplied, but additional items will/may need to be purchased.

Since the condo is on the second floor, there are several sets of stairs to climb to get to the unit. It will only take a few minutes to get to the beach; please note that there is a tall multistep stairway over the dunes for beach access.

Shopping, dining, and entertainment: Harris Teeter grocery store is across the street, within walking distance, as well as Duck Donuts, Off The Wall Tap House, Pizzazz Pizza, Island Smoothie, Urban Kitchen, Wild Horse Adventure Tours, and Corolla Bait & Tackle. Golfers will love the Currituck Club’s location, also across the street.

OBX Vacation 2025

The unit was very well decorated and clean. We especially appreciated the extra ocean chairs and boards. It is in a great location with a walking distance to stores and the beach. All of us had a great time.

A really great vacation condo

Condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach and pool, as well as grocery store and shops. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Was a lovely vacation spot for our family of 5 who had never been to OBX before and we will hope to come back again.

First visit to OBX

We enjoyed staying at the cozy cottage. The location was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was great. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and Melissa’s restaurant suggestions were very helpful. We’ll be back!

This home was fantastic for our family of six. Great location to the beach, view of the pool, and is a cozy corner unit with privacy. Kitchen was stocked well and the starter basket for visit was kind and helpful. The carport was a bonus too. The beach supplies were in abundance (at least 7 chairs, boogie boards, Slam Ball, a tent (though we brought our own), two beach carts, and a cooler). Much more but this lot we found helpful. The owner is communicative and the binder in the home is also descriptive and informative. Check-in was clear, check out process easy, and WiFi reliable. The Harris Teeter is across the street with other shops. This was a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Melisa!

Great vacation property

The owners are thoughtful and helpful. The property is close to everything. The condo is spacious and has many of the comforts of home. Our favorite thing was that we could walk to the beach.

Well we had a "situatuion" and lost a day of what we had hoped to do. But the owner went out of his way to fix the issue by the end of the day. Im not entirely sure the place was actually cleaned before we came so had to clean our first day. But the location was great... very chill. The boardwalk to the beach was convenient and the private pool made the stay great. Thank you for having us.

Very Nice OBX retreat

I think many want places on the beach, but you pay more and actually no better off as most places actually on the beach cannot see the ocean due to very large dunes, so why pay more when one can walk a few minutes to the beach and enjoy it the same view. This place was very close to the beach and would definitely recommend.

4th of July in OBX

We loved our stay in the condo. It was a great location from shopping conveniences and walking distance from the beach. The place was cute with beach vibes decor, was clean & cozy. We appreciated the covered parking for our car since to take shade from the heat. The host Melisa was very responsive too. Would stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet and functional condo unit close to the beach

Layout was perfect for our group of 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids, condo is very clean and functional. Top floor corner unit makes it quiet and private. Owner was very responsive, check in/out seamless and unit is well equipped inside and also for the beach (beach chairs, boogie boards etc). Walk to the beach is short and location close to the Harris Teeter & other services is a huge bonus.

Perfect for us!

Convenient location by the beach, pool, tennis courts, and grocery shopping! We had family staying in another unit in the complex, and ours was more updated, fresh, inviting, and comfortable. You’ll find just about everything you need in the kitchen (including Keurig and regular coffee makers), laundry room, game cabinet, and beach supply closet in the garage. The bed was really comfortable too- makes all the difference after a long, busy day to get a good night's sleep and do it all over again!

Everything Needed for a Great Beach Vacation

CozyCondo was the perfect fit for our family beach vacation! Between the pool right off the deck, the easy access to the boardwalk leading to the beach, the local shaded sidewalk paths for running/walking/biking, and the cleanliness & coziness of the Condo, it all added up to a perfect family beach trip in the very lovely town of Corolla, NC. The condo was very nicely decorated, and a lot of thoughtful storage and practical ideas have been put into this condo ie. hooks through out the condo, storage cubes, storage baskets, etc. It was also very well cleaned and made for a very welcomed arrival! The condo owners Melissa & Timothy were very helpful and very accommodating and very convenient to get in touch with. I highly recommend this condo to any family looking to stay in Corolla!

End of July 2021

This was our first VRBO and our first time in Corolla (Kitty Hawk area the past 4 years) and we were pleasantly surprised as to how well the property was complimented with just about everything we needed for a week down to extra TP, trash bags, dishwasher pods, a pantry with necessary items, etc... Not knowing better, we brought many of these things and we surprised to see a full storage locker full of umbrellas, boogie boards, etc... in the carport. It made it easy to just wash off and pack everything from the beach for the next day instead of having to put everything in the back of the van each day as we are used to. Unfortunately, we did not know this ahead of time which would have saved us alot of room in our already packed minivan. Perhaps I missed that in the property description but we tend to over pack anyway. It was nice to have the ability to do laundry mid-week and we liked having a designated parking spot/s under the unit and not fighting for a parking spot coming back from dinner or Jockey's Ridge. I guess the only thing that we would have liked but totally understand because this is a condo unit and not a single family residence, would be an outdoor shower of some sort. Overall, a very nice stay and highly recommend. We were surprised how quiet the property was with the exception of the trash trucks every few days. Harris Teeter across the street was convenient. Word to the wise, there was a 2 hour wait for Duck Donuts next to Harris Teeter on Friday morning as we were checking out. Needless to say, we did not indulge in donuts for the ride home.

Perfect condo for us!

We stayed at the condo for 7 days. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and it was the perfect amount of space. The condo was very clean getting access to the house was very easy. The pool area was great for the kids and us adults too. Neighbors were friendly. The walk to the beach was not to long, the kids did great! We would 100% recommend this condo to others!

Awesome beach trip

Our condo was very clean and well stocked! Short walk to the beach, everything you needed for the beach was there! Canopies, chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys, even a beach cart. We also enjoyed the tennis courts right across the road. The pool was well kept, clean, and never over crowded. Would definitely use this condo again and give it a thumbs up!

The perfect beach vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cozy condo! We went to the beach practically every day… an easy walk and the condo provided all the things you need to set up and play. We also enjoyed the pool and our boys made new friends. We took a horse tour early in the morning which was the highlight of our trip. We ate wonderful meals at nearby restaurants in Corolla and Duck, we also visited Whalehead at sunset. Absolutely beautiful! We wish we didn’t have to leave!

Perfect!

Our stay at the Cozy Condo was nothing but perfect! Everything was super clean and stores were within walking distance. We love to cook and Melisa had all of your basic necessities even sharp knifes for chopping and slicing! That has been an issue believe it or not in some of our previous rentals. Our kids had a blast and loved the freedom of having the bike rentals. The beach is so close and so beautiful. We have some amazing pics during sunset which are Christmas card contenders. The bbq situation is not ideal and no personal outdoor shower but overall this place was perfect for our family and friends. Melisa was helpful and very understanding to our needs. There is so much to do and explore so never bored. We are already looking into next June with family and friends.

The unit was ideal for us - clean, nicely stocked kitchen, close to beach, beach chairs/equipment, community pool, covered patio was great during rain/hot days. Owner was very responsive when wifi went out in the area. On 3rd floor, some cig. smoke from downstairs renter, but wasn’t a major issue. All in all a great stay.

Excellent choice!

My husband and I were very pleased with this condo. The location is fabulous. You are near shopping and the beach. Melisa was extremely easy to work with and provided excellent communication. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The unit contains a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. There is also a beach closet loaded with everything you could need for outdoors. I highly recommend renting the Cozy Condo OBX!!!

Comfortable and well-appointed

We enjoyed our stay at this well organized and comfortable location in Corolla. The pool was just right for all ages in the family and a nice cool off after the beach heat. Early in the season it was very quiet and private.
