Vineyard Farmhouse Estate with pool & pickleball

Natural light filled contemporary farmhouse nestled between +30 acres of Vineyard; this barn styled estate will welcome and relax any guest within moments of entry. Sliding glass doors create an elegant yet comfortable indoor/outdoor living experience with fresh air and jaw dropping country views.
Fortunately, this retreat home and all of its surrounding neighbors were not impacted by the NorCal Wildfires.

A local house manager is available to our guests as needed.
Quite Location surrounded by nature (sheep, geese, turkey, rooster, seagulls) and of course plenty of vineyard views. Sip wine, play bocce ball and make farm to table pizzas from a wood burning pizza oven.
Vern's taxi, Lyft and Uber are available. No public transit.
This house is located in a farming/family community and we are looking for guest that are in need of peace and relaxation.
Heating the Hot Tub is included in this rental agreement/pricing. Pool heat can be provided for an additional fee. Please inquire at least three days prior to your arrival.
Due to our septic constraints, our vacation rental permit limits number of overnight guests, 6 max. The TV room is a separate space with a queen pull out sofa bed. No parties or events are allowed during your stay.
Our house is equipped with a security system. If our guest choose to activate the security features during their stay, a passcode can be provided. Four cameras are located along the exterior perimeter (driveway, courtyard, rear patio & entryway of the property. This being a vacation rental, their purpose is to prevent theft.
This vacation rental is registered with the county of Sonoma. The TOT # is 2948N.

The home is wonderful. It's spacious and has great amenities. Beautiful views and the home owner has done an incredible job with the landscaping. This is a property that I would definitely visit again.

Exceeded all expectations

As many of the other reviews said, the photos don’t do this property justice. Every detail has been thought of, no expense has been spared. It was the perfect space to enjoy a few days in wine country. Great location, well appointed & equipped, comfortable beds and lots of great amenities. Five stars across the board!!

Surpassed our expectations! The home is beautiful and the ability to open the sliders on both sides to the heart of the house- was truly bringing the outdoors inside. The surrounding vineyards and rolling hills made for a serene setting. We also took advantage of Brent, the recommended personal chef, for a fabulous brunch. We will be back!

Ideal for a small group of friends

We rented the house for my 50th birthday getaway and had the most amazing experience. The accommodations were great, the house is even better than the photographs and the owners were so helpful and responsive to all of our requests and needs. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

handicap accessible secluded oasis with pool

I only have great things to say about our stay at this property. First off, when you are at the house, you feel like you are at a secluded vineyard paradise away from everything. But the convenience of downtown Sonoma is just about 15 minutes away. The Sonoma Market was an easy place to pick up groceries and also has a delicious selection of ready made meals and deli. The property itself was clean, kitchen was well appointed with basically all the gadgets you can imagine, and our family also enjoyed the games they had in their family room area while listening to music via their Sonos system. The best part for our family was their beautiful pool and hot tub. The pool was clean, and there was a lot of seating around the pool area if you wanted to just lounge. One of the most unique features of this home was that it was handicap accessible. We have a family member who is in a wheelchair . We had no problem at all maneuvering around the property and they even had a roll in shower in the master with access from the outside pool area. They also had an outdoor rinse station that we didn’t use because the master roll in shower was so easy to access. We are so appreciative that the home was built to be accessible so that it can be enjoyed by all. Ken and Joe were very gracious hosts - they were very responsive to questions before the stay and during the stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again,

Stunning, Quiet, Relaxing & Well-Appointed

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning property! The location is gorgeous and serene - with beautiful vineyard views. The home itself was put together with tremendous care. The kitchen was well-appointed - plenty of glassware, cookware, etc. And, the outdoor living areas were incredible. The homeowners are great. Ken sent us detailed information about the house before our stay and followed-up to see if we had any questions. We felt very welcome. We will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Property!

The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we could have imagined. The location is central but the property itself feels like a secluded oasis among the vineyards. The outdoor amenities are perfect and we greatly enjoyed hanging by the pool during the day and playing bocce and using the pizza oven in the evening. Ken was very communicative and I definitely recommend this property and will certainly rent again. Thank you Ken for opening up your home to us!

My family and I had the best time staying in this home! Three couples fit perfectly! We loved the outdoor space and pool. It was so easy to communicate with Ken about any of my questions. We also loved the chef that came to the house one night!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

This house provided everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in Napa! As east coasters, it was so nice to be on a large property that felt completely private with all the amenities needed at our fingertips. The location was so convenient for vineyards and restaurants. I highly recommend!

A picture-perfect, modern oasis that manages to be both inspiring and cozy at the same time. We really couldn't adore this place more! Convenient and yet private, spacious and yet intimate, beautiful and yet accessible - I can safely say that my family and I have never had a better experience in Wine Country. Beautiful Sonoma Retreat

This is a fantastic property situated in a perfect location for exploring both the Sonoma and Napa valleys. The house itself is beautifully decorated in a warm, inviting manner with gorgeous views and wonderful amenities. The pool and spa were excellently executed and there are lots of fun spaces for relaxation after days spent exploring wine country. Don't miss the chance to enjoy the pizza oven and have dinner with the views of the hills and vineyards behind the house. In addition, the owners are incredibly helpful and quickly respond to any queries. Thank you for an amazing stay.
