This first floor 2-bed & 2-bath Wild Pines condo is surrounded by the peaceful lake landscape. Enjoy the oversized lanai views under the banyan tree while watching the wildlife play in the lake. The large family and dining room combination floor plan leads easily to the lanai. Bonita Bay is a premier upscale development planned around preservation of greenspace, wildlife and the environment.

Our unit features new stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, lanai and master bedroom furniture with a new king bed with premium cotton sheets and pillows. Master bath has easy walk-in/tiled shower. The fully equipped kitchen features refrigerator/freezer w/ icemaker, cookware and Keurig coffee maker. Second bedroom features 2 twin beds and dresser. The second bed/bath combo can be easily isolated from the living area by closing a single pocket door to create a fully isolated "suite" from the living area without closing either the bed or bath door.

This ground floor unit is located in desirable Building "E" of Wild Pines. The Wild Pines community offers a swimming pool, spa, two tennis courts and multiple gas grills for guests' use within steps of the condo. The community pool facility includes a covered building equipped with games, books and a shower for your use.

Bonita Bay offers you over eleven miles of bike/walking paths, water access and fitness trails within the 2,400 acre gated property. Other exclusive features for your enjoyment include: Seasonal transportation to gulf beach access including year-round umbrellas and chairs, full service marina, Backwater Jacks marina-side restaurant, butterfly park, complementary canoe use at private river dock, bocce and pickle ball courts and fitness trails. This unit is also positioned to allow for a short walk to the Promenade at Bonita Bay Shops, which include a market, coffee/breakfast bistro and multiple restaurants.

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! Beautiful place in a serene setting. We enjoyed the big lanai overlooking the pond, the walking paths and the nice heated pool. The condo had all the amenities for a comfortable stay and the host was very helpful and a great communicator! We would not hesitate to go back!

Thank you so much Karl! We loved your condo. From the amazing Speakman shower head to the various incidentals (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc) to the gorgeous lanai, everything was perfect. Even the pillows on the super comfy bed were fantastic. We had a great Thanksgiving and we will certainly be back! Thank you again.

This was a beautifully decorated condo with a nice big screened-in lanai that overlooked a beautiful lake. A very quiet, serene location! Karl made sure that we had plenty of everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Only a couple minute walk to the beautiful pool. Karl was excellent at all communication and worked with us to get us in before the check in time! Would stay here again and would highly recommend this place!

Karl's place is very attractive, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, as well as walking and biking the lovely community pathways. We had everything we needed and Karl was very clear and prompt with communication.Wild Pines was quiet except for the Cane toads, which were very loud at night. It appeared the association is working on controlling them.

Great place to stay!

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. It was quiet, safe, very clean and completely stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved sitting on the lanai with the beautiful view of the trees and pond. It was so peaceful. I had several questions and Karl did an excellent job at getting back with quickly. Great property in Bonita Bay

The condo was very clean, and the Bonita Bay community is lovely to stay in. You have access to the pool, kayaks, walking paths - and even though the private beach was closed when we went (restoration from the 2022 hurricane), the option to go to Lovers Key was PERFECT. There is a free shuttle from Bonita Bay, and Bonita Bay employees are at the beach to set out chairs for you. The owner was really easy to communicate with - we noticed that one of the toilets was leaking, and he was super responsive. Thank you so much!

Fabulous Stay

This is our 6th year at Wild Pines. We love Bonita Bay -- it is like living in a botanical garden. This was our first year staying at Karl's home. We were very pleased. The condo was very clean. Karl was super responsive, access was simple, and the condo was well-supplied. We especially love the lanai -- we had coffee and listened to and watched wildlife every morning. We look forward to staying there again.
