COME SEE WHAT 5 STARS GETS YOU!!!
WELCOME FAMILY & FRIENDS, to our cozy, 4 season cottage! We strive to give you a CLEAN and TIDY space where you can RELAX and UNWIND!
Matlock Beach and pier, home to the best swimming for miles, is a mere 4 minute walk south.
If you forget anything, Matlock General Store is a 3 minute drive south! PU a yummy Spenst Pizza to snack on! Winnipeg Beach is an 8 minute drive north. Gimli, home of the vikings, Selkirk and Teulon are only 20 minutes away!

We have sleeping capacity for 8 people in the bedrooms!
There are three separate bedrooms:
One has a queen bed.
The second has a single-sized bunk bed with an additional single trundle underneath!
A third bedroom is in the back living area tucked behind a charming barn door where you will find a single top, double bottom bunk bed!
We also have an uncharacteristically comfy, double-sized sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people if needed!

We were evacuated from northern Manitoba due to forest fires, and finding this place to rent felt like staying at the family cottage . So clean and with many extra amenities . It is located in a beautiful and quiet area…so safe to walk and explore . Our teen grandsons enjoyed the dvd and vhs collection, but jf you like your Netflix , bring your Amazon Firestick . The hosts were attentive…….thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! You will be lucky to rent this charming place ! Highly recommend this listing .

The best part of this location is the ability to enjoy the great outdoors, summer and winter. A relaxing location in a quiet neighborhood a short drive from Winnipeg Beach, Gimli and Selkirk.
