Great place in a convenient location

David's place was clean and exactly as described. The location worked well for sightseeing for my family and me, and we enjoyed the hot tub and mini golf in the yard when we weren't out and about.

Great location, close to all the attractions San Diego has to offer. The property was great for our family and twin toddler boys. Having the yard completely fenced in was a game changer, as was the master with the separate area for our boys. Having the upstairs dining area and outdoor space was perfect at night to relax and enjoy once the kids went to sleep. Would definitely recommend this property for groups/families and would stay here again.

Fun and comfortable in great location

The house was comfortable for a large group for a long weekend stay. Beds/bedrooms were comfortable and the house was clean. The house was fun to hangout at with lots of activities including putting green, hot tub, and roof deck. Location was great with a good breakfast/coffee shop across the street and short walk to great restaurants and parts of the park. Overall, great stay!

Great for a large group!

We were in town for the marathon. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room! The parking was a bonus! The double pane windows were great to block out airplane noise. Thanks!

Love the Hot Tub

The property lived up to expectations. It was clean and well equipped. We did very little cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The weather was colder than we had expected, but we were able keep the bedrooms warm with space heaters.The hot tub was everybody’s favorite and was used several times a day.

Mostly Great

Everything was really good. Enjoyed the close food options and part of town seemed really family friendly. Hot tub was fun but we really did not enjoy the fact that the owners have a camera pointed right at you in the hot tub. Very Creepy. Overall for a co-worker trip to attend conference this house worked very well for us.

Thanks for the reply Damon. Just a quick response on the cameras. They are there for your protection and ours. And, that particular camera is meant to cover the entire back yard and back door to the property. Part of the hot tub is in view but being that it is in the middle of the yard there isn't really much that can be done to avoid that. Needless to say the cameras are not monitored and are only for the purposes of security and protection for our guests and our home. I think anyone would appreciate that proper security measures are in everyones best interest.

Overall it's a big space for a lot of people. Many king beds which was a huge plus. The manager is friendly and quick to respond. We had trouble getting in the door upon arrival, due to missing information (we never got the door code, then we got the wrong one). Some appliances and things did not work well although eventually we figured them out. The beds were comfy. The biggest downside to this place is that it's right under the flight path of the airport, so every few minutes a very loud jet goes by. Indoors, the house is well insulated, but outdoors it is very loud.
