Very clean, very comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen. Very close to beach. Lovely porch our pup loved. Maybe some more larger bowls for kitchen could be added. We could have used more lights for reading. Thank you!

Close to the dunes/and beach. Beautiful in the evening to enjoy the sunset and stunning in the am.

Lovely and convenient home

Beautiful decor, convenient beach access and dog friendly made for a perfect week at the beach! Would love to stay here in the Fall and enjoy the pretty deck.

We loved our stay. The house was wonderful, updated and in a great location. We were only disappointed at how high the fees, especially the pet rental fee, were after we had already committed to the space. All of these were added on the property management site after we paid VRBO. It made the price nearly double what was listed on VRBO, which was challenging in this economy. We would stay again based on the house and great service of the company, but it would have been good to know this information earlier.

Wonderful, well-stocked, pet-friendly rental that's only about four lots from the beach. Many cute pictures and plaques made us feel as though we were staying with family. We also loved the double deck, partly covered, and partly uncovered. Very clean, and with almost all the appliances, dishes, and utensils we could have needed. Even the washer and dryer underneath the cottage were in great shape and easy to use. We requested a regular coffee maker since we didn't bring Keurig cups, and that was provided the same day.It might be helpful to have instructions on how to operate the bedroom ceiling fans and light combos. Either on or off was all we could figure out. While we couldn't control the mosquitos at night, a light over the fish cleaning table underneath the cottage would be a great help, since often fishermen are returning to clean their catch after sunset.We noted this cute cottage as one we'd come back to in the future.
