There is plenty of space to relax, have a game of pool in the games room, cook on the BBQ, or swim in the pool. Experience the natural beauty of Yaroomba and Coolum Beach, this pet-friendly family home offers the perfect space to base yourself for your next beachside holiday. Centrally located it can also be used as a base to explore the rest of the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland.

This superb home has a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate integrated dining and living space which open onto a patio with outdoor dining, BBQ and swimming pool. A games room with second TV and pool table offers a break space for the kids.

* Strictly no Smoking.
* We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
* For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
