This luxurious waterfront home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms alongside a media room, a plunge pool, and a pontoon for a truly spectacular coastal holiday.

A Super King bed and Spa Bath for the master bedroom plus 2 Singles, a King bed and a Queen bed to welcome 8 guests maximum.
Families and couples only, please enquire before booking if your situation is different.

Ducted and zoned air conditioning as well as fans throughout, Wifi, large open living area, outdoor /indoor additional dining, and a separate media room with a projector and surround sound. Wine fridge and coffee machine.
Fully fenced including the front of the canal for maximum safety.
Large covered indoor/outdoor area for dining with BBQ, plunge pool, beach for memory-making family outings, and a pontoon to fish from. Bring your (no mast) boat or tinny.
1 small dog allowed only, by application only and all details must be provided. Strictly to be kept off carpets and furniture.

Undercover driveway space.
The property is secure and the location is great, within a very short walk to Mooloolaba Beach, cafes, and shops.

Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy, absolutely no hens or bucks parties, and no "schoolies" bookings.

You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

Luxurious Waterfront Escape: Immaculate Beach House with Top-Notch Amenities

We recently stayed at this beautiful waterfront beach house and had an incredible experience. The property offers excellent facilities, including a therate room, pool, and private jetty, making it perfect for relaxation and fun. The house was immaculately clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the main esplanade, where you can find plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient beachside getaway!

Excellent location……and so relaxing!

We had such a lovely time and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. Such lovely views and so relaxing! Our fur babies enjoyed playing in the little beach by the jetty. The only problem was the next door neigbour….nosy, grumpy and complaining about our fur babies enjoying themselves. If you bring your pets, make sure to enquire about the next door neighbour as that really put a damper on our holiday. G1 agency was lovely to deal with, but a heads-up irt pets not being appreciated by the next door neighbour, would’ve been welcomed.
