This place was fabulous. The house was perfect for our needs and was centrally located. I would stay in this house and book with Del Mar again. Del Mar was quick to respond to all my needs and made check in and check out seamless.

Wonderful place to stay in Cape Cod

Very nice rustic setting neatly tucked away in the back of Chatham town. The home theater is not as large as it looks in the pictures but is still very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay it had a nice bike and running trails right behind the house.

This is a fantastic home - great location right on the bike trail. Very comfortable home. Property manager was very communicative. We highly recommend this home.

Not a good choice

The deck was too small for all of us to use (6). The kitchen was well stocked. We had a ground bees nest outside the front door and it was treated, however the bees kept making new holes and we didn't feel comfortable using the front door. We left the spray can in the basement. We could not stream anything on the TV and all the breakers were off until we figured that they needed to be on to use whatever we needed. This was extremely frustrating in the living area!! So all in all, not a very pleasant stay.

I’m glad to hear you found the kitchen well stocked—it's also a great base for Cape Cod adventures with direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail so near the home. I hear your frustration about the bees and I’m sorry they disrupted your stay. As you mentioned, I treated the nest promptly, though bees can sometimes return. I wish you had reached out about the breakers and streaming, as I would have been happy to assist and quickly resolve that for you, just as I did with the bees. As pictured, the deck is more of a landing for grilling and has a small bistro set. There are other seating areas like the picnic table and fire pit to accommodate all six guests.
