Stunning panoramic water views!

Arguably one of the best views in town, this luxury property offers the absolute perfect place for couples or small families to plan that much needed coastal escape.

There are two bedrooms, both with comfortable queen sized beds - luxury linen and towels supplied. Starlink Internet.

The deck is expansive and the perfect place for outdoor dining; or unwinding after a big day spent exploring the national park, lake, beaches or local area.

4 Scenic Court is located roughly 5km from Mallacoota town center, which is an easy 5 minute drive or a pleasant half hour walk along the timber board walk that surrounds the lake.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, please make a request with our office.
Dogs are allowed inside when supervised, but please not on the furniture or beds.
The fence is secured for large dogs, but a staffy or smaller dog will be able to get out.
(Additional fee of $100 is charged for a dog visit) - Please bring blankets, toys and a water bowl. Make sure the garden is clean and everything is picked up before leaving.

Please enquire when booking if you require a jetty berth for the duration of your stay.

What an amazing property!

Absolutely loved this property. This is how it should be done. The property is beautiful, in such a fantastic location and that view! The house has everything you need and is so well stocked. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Plenty of kitchen utensiles and cooking equipment. The furniture is all so comfy. Great beds and linen. Even better was the little touches of having a dog bed there, which my old girl took full advatage of. It is one of the better properties i have stayed at. You can tell thought was actually put into the property to make it welcoming and homely. I will definitely be back.
