Villa Luna is only a couple minutes" walk to the beach and perfectly positioned with a north facing aspect. Tucked away and private and an easy 600 metre walk to the sand.



On entry there is a rumpus room, bedroom and bathroom.



Walk up the stairs to the the main living area you will find a large balcony and ocean views, lounge, dining, kitchen and play room. A laundry and bathroom on this level also.



On the this level there are 3 bedrooms and main bathroom and a spacious master suite with ensuite.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children"s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique "Art House Films" to the latest box office releases. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis, hire a kayak, stand up paddle board or paddle boat on Avoca Lake. Visit the markets, fourth Sunday of each month.
