'Game Time' is a 7 bedroom creek home with all the amenities needed for a fun filled vacation in Garden City Beach! The supersize pool area and the stationary walkout pier (no floating dock) are the highlights of this property. The walkout is tucked into a tidal creek that allows for kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing when the tide is right! The public beach access is located a short 10 minute walk, at the end of the road. This home is just off the beaten path, but close to everything! The private pool can be heated for an additional $350 per week (3/1 - 5/30 and 9/1 - 11/1 if air temp is not below 55F).

The house has 2 living areas, with a great space for the kids to gather on the lower level. The upper level of Game Time has a large living area, with a large L-shaped couch, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The primary king suite is also located on the upper level, along with 2 additional queen bedrooms connected via Jack & Jill bath. The lower level has a large living area, galley kitchen, 3 queen bedrooms and a bunk room. Two Jack & Jill bathrooms connect the 4 lower bedrooms. Outside amenities include: 48x16 Pool, upgraded deck furniture, hot/cold shower, stationary walkout pier. Game Time is a small dog friendly property. For more specifics, please reference our Pet Policy under our Rental Policies, Terms and Conditions. Large fenced in yard for kids and dogs to release some energy! Sorry, no smoking allowed.

Game Time resort

The property was perfect for our family. 14 people fit perfectly with room to spare. Lots of games on property to keep kids and adults entertained. It was very clean. The only bad thing was the beds and pillows...they were very hard and unforgiving.

Exceptional Property!

Game Time is a beautiful property with all the amenities that you are looking for! The pool is gorgeous and refreshing. The house has plenty of space for everyone. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved having their own space and bedrooms on the first level. A few things that you can't see in the photos are all the games that come with the property! Pool volleyball, bocce ball, board games, etc. We had a blast! We ran into a few minor issues during our stay and the management team was easy to contact and very responsive. They took care the issues quickly and thoroughly! I would definitely rent with them again and hope to stay at Game Time in the future!

The house had more than enough room. The pool was amazing! There were fruit flies downstairs in the sink & both shower curtains downstairs were molded. Maintenance arrived quickly to remedy this which was very appreciated. Was not fond of all the construction going on, especially across the street and the construction crew parking on the property. The stairs at the back of the house did not feel stable or safe. We still had a nice week away.
