Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This host never provided access to the property, did not respond to messages and left me homeless and in desperate search of a new hotel at the last minute. I received a full refund from my credit card company and VRBO but this was a horrible experience. I would not recommend that anyone book this hotel.

駐車場への案内も丁寧で、荷物についても対応して頂き大変助かりました。 宿泊施設も綺麗で、お皿、コップ、包丁など必要なものは揃っていました(^^) また東京に来る際は利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
