We hope you love our home as much as we do! The house is very open and great for all travelers. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All rooms have a dresser or shelving for plenty of storage space to make yourself at home. The Master has two large closets. The Master Bath has been updated with a large shower and tub, and a new vanity. It also includes two large closets. The 2nd bedroom also includes a sliding door with its own private patio. There is also a bonus room with a full size futon, office area and French doors that close.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless appliances and all the kitchen gadgets you could need. The kitchen also has a toaster oven, Kuerig Coffee Machine and an oversize microwave.

Laundry is provided, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets. You have access to a two car garage. There is also driveway and street parking available. We have an amazing backyard with fire pit, large table and plenty of seating. There is a new grill with grilling utensils. You will also find a private patio off the 2nd bedroom with 2 chairs and a table as mentioned above.

Located in South Scottsdale, we are just minutes from the 101 Highway, so it is very easy to get around. Just 3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, 3 miles from SF Giants Spring Training, 4 miles from Chicago Cubs Spring Training. Close to shopping, hiking, you name it.

We are located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of space and easy access to everything! Within the neighborhood you will find a walking path and a newly remodeled park with a large area for play or dogs, playground and basketball court. If you have a pet please discuss with us first. When you arrive there will be a Welcome Guide for you with plenty of suggestions of great places to eat and fun activities while you are in town. It also helps you get around.
