The property includes 10 fully furnished townhomes available for rent.

Free WiFi, basic cable, and private parking are included.

All bedrooms feature large closets, dressers, and ceiling fans for your comfort. We hope you explore and enjoy your vacation like a local, so no TVs are provided in the bedrooms—bring your tablet or streaming device if needed.

Situated in the heart of the Virginia Beach resort area, our homes are within walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. Nearby attractions include the Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), and the developing Atlantic Park, set to be completed in 2025. Enjoy golf courses, putt-putt, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks, coffee shops, bars, and other entertainment activities, all within walking or driving distance.

Important Points
Long-Term Stays: For stays longer than 2 weeks, please let us know if you plan to bring your own bath towels and bed sheets. For short-term stays less than 2 weeks, we supply bath towels and bed sheets.

Pet Fee: $100 per reservation

Parking: Two guaranteed parking spaces per four-bedroom unit. Information on additional parking options provided with check-in details.

Guest App: Access to the guest app with booking confirmation, offering beach, bike, and baby gear rentals delivered to your house.

Check-In/Check-Out: No early check-in or late check-out during peak season (May through September). Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 10:30 AM.

Grills: No grills onsite, but feel free to bring your own or purchase locally. Ensure all supplies are cleaned up before departure.
