Could have been great

Location and garage were perfect. The two flights of stairs and a non working refrigerator were negatives. The abundance of furnishings did not permit a spotless cleaning. Even with the negatives, we had a great time.

Nous louons pour la deuxième fois cette appartement. L'accueil est très chaleureux. La situation du bien est idéale pour visiter Saint Malo intra murros. L'appartement est fidèle a sa description. Un gros plus le garage ce qui est rare intra murros et pas besoin de courir pour aller à la voiture surtout avec des enfants et bien pratique pour décharger les courses. Nous avons passer un excellent sejour. Merci à notre hôte et aux deux personnes pour l'accueil. Peut-être à bientôt : jamais 2 sans 3 mais à une autre saison pour voir Saint-Malo autrement.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien situé proche de tout et nous avons été très bien accueilli ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour loger à St Malo.

L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle, très bien situé. Le garage est vraiment un atout majeur. Il n'est juste pas mentionné que le chauffage est en sus. Mais vu tous les atouts de l'appartement, c'est un détail; Peut-être prévoir des couvertures pour les lits, pour l'hiver. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Emplacement du bien très bien. Décoration à revoir est restée dans son jus. Couchages en 160 cm minimum seraient souhaitables. Equipement ( vaisselles , accessoires cuisine ) à changer. Je reste satisfaite de mon séjour

Schön war es

Es gibt natürlich ein paar Kleinigkeiten über die man hinweg schauen sollte wie Sauberkeit oder die Schnelligkeit der Erreichbarkeit trotzdem war es eine tolle Woche. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt und die Garage ist Gold. Wir kommen gerne wieder denn die Vorteile überwiegen

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint-Malo. L'empacement est idéale et de plus avec un garage. Petit quiproquo à l'arrivée car les draps et serviettes sont notées fournies alors qu'il faut les payer si nous les demandons. Nous nous sommes arrangés avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement.

Séjour rétro et très agréable

Un séjour rétro dans le coeur de la cité corsaire. Un excellent accueil pour récupérer le logement par des gens sympathiques. Un appartement idéalement situé dans les remparts, avec une place de parking. Tous les commerces à 50m de l'immeuble ce qui est parfait... Une précision sur l'appartement qui est dans l'esprit historique de St Malo : plancher qui grince, vieux mobilier, vieille déco, isolation phonique et thermique limitée... c'est un séjour "authentique" :-)
