It has been completely renovated in 2014, ideally located in the heart of the old town, close to the shops, restaurants and beaches.
At the second floor of a 4 floors building with elevator, it is south west exposed.
4/5 persons are welcomed in this 2 rooms appartment of 45 sq meters. There is a large living room with a luxury sofa bed of 140 cm, a 82 cm HD TV, a fully equiped kitchen : fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven.
In the bedroom you will enjoy a 160 x 190 cm bed and a 140 x 190 cm mezzanine bed, both with comfortable new bedding.
The bathroom has a 90 x 90 cm shower base, washbowl and a WC.

Windows have double acoustic glazing and electric shutters.

Illimited internet with wifi access is available for free.
We provide bed linen, towels, drying-up cloth.

Baby furnitures available (bed, seat, bath)

Wonderful apartment, easy to find in the center of St Malo fortress looking down into the square where the old fish market was. Nicely appointed, clean, and with everything you need for your stay. With the bonus clothes washer, it’s great to keep up with the washing.

Sehr gut eingerichtetete kleine Wohnung

Fast perfekt Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral. Mit allen Vor- aber auch ein paar Nachteilen (z.B. nervten die Fahrzeuge der Lieferdienste fast jeden Morgen. Dank gut schallgedämmten Fenstern gings aber) Sehr positiv ist die Ausstattung: Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Für längere Aufenthalte bzw. Touren super praktisch: Die Waschmaschine :-) Und für Selbstversorger gabs auch die üblichen Küchensachen: Zucker, Öl, Gewürze und sogar Kaffeepads waren da. Und ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an Gastgeber Christian, für sein freunliches Entgegenkommen.

Innenstadtwohnung in St. Malo

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Christians topmoderner, heller, gut ausgestatteter Wohnung in der Innenstadt sehr genossen. Zuerst hatten wir befürchtet, es könnte laut sein, aber ab 22 Uhr wird es ruhig und man kann gut schladen. Die Kommunikation mit Christian hat auch gut und unkompliziert geklappt. Da uns Verkehr und Menschenmengen bei der Anreise etwas geschafft haben, hatten wir den Lastenaufzug im Treppenhaus übersehen, der uns dann bei der Abreise gute Dienste geleistet hat. Bei einem weiteren Besuch in St. Malo gerne wieder.

Séjour très agéable et confortable.

Pour deux personnes l'appartement est parfait. Malgré quelques petites difficultés à maîtriser le réglage du chauffage, il est confortable. On peut y faire la cuisine. Nous suggérons l'ajout à l'équipement d'une spatule en bois (pour éviter d'abîmer les poêles anti-adhésives) et d'une planche à découper ainsi que peut-être d'un faitout anti-adhésif supplémentaire avec couvercle .
