Some cleanliness issues and damaged items were brought to the host’s attention during my stay. As a host myself with 5‑star cleanliness ratings, I was shocked at the standard I was faced with on arrival. This did affect my overall impression of the property.I was pleased to have enjoyed a lovely coffee right next to the apartments, but the noise at night been right close to night clubs and restaurants was challenging also.

オーナーとの連絡はスムーズでとても親切に早く返信をくださり安心感がありました。空港からのアクセスが楽で、パース駅から歩けるのが助かりました。cat busの停留所も近く便利でした。小さなボトルの水と牛乳を２本ずつ冷蔵庫に置いてくださってありがたかったです。残念な点は以下の２点です。１）せっかくバスタブがあったのに栓がないためお湯がためられずにリラックスできませんでした。２）ワイングラスが１つしかなく、ワインの名産地で楽しみにしていたのにティーカップで飲むはめに。
