Room was very clean and well-prepared. Reception staff were very pleasant. Pool area was amazing. Location is excellent and was quiet. I will be booking here again.

Omg this spot was so perfect for me as a solo traveler!! The host made the instructions VERY clear and detailed. The front desk guy was super sweet and the room was exactly what I needed! Just steps from the 5th and everything I needed was a block or two away.I literally can’t wait to come back here!!

Beautiful, secure, well located condo

I was very impressed with the aesthetics and location for the price. Half a block to Avenida 5th. 2 blocks to the beach. Super clean, very pleasant and helpful concierge. Easy and quick communication with host.

The location was definitely convenient and the building manager is very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred not to be on the first floor because the noise can be an issue for sleeping, but you pay for convenience in more ways than one. I was able to figure out the electric stove top, but it was important enough for me to ask. Overall a positive experience.

Location is good but very loud during the night. The write up stated the decor may be different from the pictures. The unit we were given had no decor and very little daylight as it didn't have a balcony like the pictures showed, just a ground floor white box for a patio which made the whole unit feel like a box. Didn't feel like we were in Mexico unless we went out or up to the pool. Building front desk staff were very helpful.

Don't take the basement level rooms !

The pictures looked great , no idea there were several levels and we ended up in the basement with a herd of elephants above .Shower is a whimpy rainhead timed at 5 minutes ! Forget conditioning hair or shaving your legs!If proximity to 5th ave is your quest its a winner. Tiny, cloudy pool for too many occupants.Complained of heavy feet above,so,they just increased the level of their activity in spite , I guess .Asked host why we were in basement they responded with ' thank you'.If youre kids just there to party ,you might not care. It was clean , thank heavens . No parking on site but a garage 1/2 block away .
Whimpy drizzle shower head . 5 min. Hot water . It's timed.
