The apartment is situated at the 3rd floor (no elevator, no access ramp) and it has one bedroom, one king bed, one couch, flat TVs. We had an amazing stay at Cosmin’s place! Luxury apartment with lots of space and on a lovely complex with a pool! Great location to go visit lots of places and Clearwater beach a short drive away, will definitely return to this place!

Relaxing updated condo

Enjoyed my stay. The place had everything my partner and I needed. The pool can be quite crowded but that is to be expected. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The full size washer and dryer is great for those of us who hate to do vacation laundry when we get back home. I wish I could change the stairs to a ramp to help assist with carrying luggage and any other wheeled items. Owners did make it clear in the description.
