Escape to the perfect getaway where comfort meets adventure! Our stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from the vibrant town center of Taupo. Nestled in a serene neighbourhood, our home offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking natural wonders right at your doorstep. The expansive yard is not only perfect for relaxation but also provides ample room for your boat or jetskis.

PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.
Boasting a spacious lounge dining area and 3 generous bedrooms with a total of 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
The main family bathroom features a shower, vanity, bathtub and toilet.
The generous double garage is available for guest use.
Complimentary WIFI.
Complimentary Tea and coffee and milk provided.
We use hire serviced linen to provide our Airbnb guests high quality linen. All beds are made up with a towel and face cloth provided for each guest. If you require extra towels for the beach or hot pools please bring your own.

The whole home is yours to access and enjoy. You will have access to and use of the entire house including the spacious double garage, and off street carparking + jetski or boat parking.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Location: Enjoy the best of both worlds with the town centre
just a 5-minute drive away. Indulge in the vibrant atmosphere of Downtown
Taupo, offering an array of restaurants and bars for your dining and
entertainment pleasure.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Great location for biking holiday

We stayed a few days and explored the local mountain bike park and river trails. The house is well located for access, we could bike from the door. The large garage was also helpful. The house provided everything we needed.

Home away from home

This property ticked boxes, exceeding all expectations. We will definitely book again when we visit Taupo. Property was clean and comfortable, central and affordable. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Disappointed

Although the house itself was clean, perfect we found the beds very hard. A bit tricky in the beginning with the TV as the WiFi plays up. We had trouble using the oven so much so we had to order in pizza the first night and get a friend to get it going and even she had a problem. It would help considerably if clear instructions in the house book were provided. Other than that showers were good and it was a nice quiet area, although I think one towel per guest is a bit tight. Kids could get out on their roller skates and scooters.
