This cabin is beautiful. We love how secluded and quiet it was and how warm and cozy the cabin felt. The wood stove was one of our favorite parts. We brought our dog with us and had a ton of fun relaxing and exploring the nearby beaches.
My wife and I had a five day stay that had wonderful scenery and seclusion. The house was everything as advertised for a reasonable price. Over past years of vacations we stayed at many VRBO house rentals and would rate this one in the top two.

great remote getaway
We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being away from it all in Alaska. It was a great location with no nearby neighbors but within a drive to town.Would absolutely stay again... during the salmon run!
Quiet area for enjoying setting on deck and watching for wildlife and a moose with calf did wonder through. Good area for walks. Hwy close so easy to tour area.
What a Beautiful, quiet, natural peace of God’s hand. If you are looking for a place to stay. This is it! So much wildlife. Plenty to do just here. Thank you…

Thank you. Your review certainly highlights why we love to spend our time there.
We had a great time at this property. It was quiet and secluded, but only a few minutes to Soldotna (we were here to fish the Kenai River) This property is an example of the Alaskan dream of building your own cabin and it is beautiful! We had no issues at all and enjoyed watching a cow and calf moose wander the property when we were not fishing. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay Here!!
This place was adorable and worth every penny. If you're men hunting/fishing, it's for you. If you're ladies on a girls' trip, it's for you. Or (like us), if you're just on a family trip, it's for you. Warm, cozy, comfy, and all the amenities needed. We had a GREAT week in this place and saw lots of wildlife. Loved it!

Perfect!
This cabin was even better than we had hoped. Everything we could want was provided, the cabin itself was beautiful and the property was the same. We had plenty of peace, quiet and privacy. We even had a visit from a moose! We’ve now traveled to all fifty states and have rented a lot of houses and this one is definitely in our top three. Suggest anyone looking at this property, snap it up before someone else does!

Thank you for the very kind review. We are so happy you enjoyed the cabin as much as we do.
Beautiful cabin that has everything you need. Home is fully stocked throughout - kitchen has all utensils and cooking supplies to cook any meal, plenty of bath towels and more. Full size washer & dryer, and great internet coverage throughout. This property is on its own 40 acres, with no visible neighbors. We loved seeing the moose come through several times feeding their young. Thank you!

Absolutely Epic
This amazing cabin was exactly what our family was looking for when we booked our trip to Alaska. The only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! The hosts have carefully considered every detail and we felt right at home the moment we pulled into the drive. The location is quite serene and we saw moose and an assortment of birds on a daily basis. Perfect amount of space for our family of three and it was extremely clean, comfortable and full of relaxation. We came looking for a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and this place did not disappoint. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to you returning.
We loved this little house in the woods so much we didn’t want to leave! We had many day trips planned but ended up forfeiting a couple just so we could stay in the house a little longer. It’s incredibly peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. There is an abundance of firewood for campfires and the hosts are very generous with everything on their property. We are already talking about how to rearrange our schedule next year so we can visit again. Next time it will be a much longer stay!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and our home. Please come back
I almost want to leave a so-so review just so others don’t discover this gem! All I can say is utter perfection! The photos are great, but the property in person is even better! Super clean (thanks to Christal!), exactly as described and killer views! We had moose wander through a couple of the nights and so many different kinds of birds. The detail in the home, itself, is beautiful- true craftsmanship and you can tell a lot of love went into this home! We will definitely stay here again!
