Loaded with all you need in the kitchen and laundry, a full desk set up if needed, Wifi, smart TVs and a heat pump to snuggle up in front of on cooler nights. A large covered louvre deck with outdoor seating, BBQ, pizza oven and fireplace. A separate fire pit to toast marshmallows, and a hot outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Plenty of off-street parking for the car and the boat – and even a sandpit for the kids!
