Liked: Location
Very cute. Stairs awkward, tall. Kitchen extremely functional. Dining table and chairs showing age, still very functional. View absolutely gorgeous. Only negative is there is an odor, not sure if it is sewer gas or just or staleness from being closed up for a while. Will stay again if need arises. Host very responsive to inquiries.
Excellent! View is the best from the loft to the living area to the porch and the dock. Couldn’t have ask for more. Definitely recommend this place for a get away- so quiet and relaxing.
The view from the den was stunning. The owner was super kind, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Beautiful but lacking
The house was lovely and had an awsome view but it needed some repairs for the floors and paint was peeling off the ceiling. The bed i slepted in was not really that comfortable. In all the stay was awesome and the lift access helped alot for the fishing tournament could not have asked for better accommodation.
Great location, great view, great amenities and access to the lake. However, the agent did not provide us with the check in code until after we arrived 30 minutes early to check in time. Also, the upstairs shower was dirty with the previous guests used soap still in the shower. Other than that it was a great stay.
Great location with AMAZING view! It was a wonderful place for a short girls trip. The tram was fun, a must do during your stay! The only disappointment was the cleanliness of some areas. The beds, bathrooms, kitchen overall were clean. Just needed more attention to detail cleaning. We had to clean the outside deck ourselves. The dock with boat slips, tables, hammock and sunning area was very nice with more spectacular views, but not clean enough to use.
More than we hoped far. Classic case of underpromise and over deliver. Highly recommend

Nice riverview townhome but cleanliness needs to be improved
My husband & I rented this to celebrate our 1st anniversary. We have stayed in multiple types of accommodations, and we are not overly picky about certain things, but for the price paid not only for the unit itself but the separate cleaning fees that were charged, we were expecting much more in terms of cleanliness and making sure items are in working order.PROSAccuracy of photosPleasing decorOverall layout of unitComfortable bedRiverview with access to boat dockQuiet neighborhoodProximity to activitiesNEEDS IMPROVEMENTAttention to detail given to cleanliness (both inside & outside of unit)Thorough walkthrough of unitMultiple items in disrepair or needing replacementGuest contact knowledge of areaResponse time from guest contactI'm not sure if our experience was an exception as there are not many reviews of this unit at the time of our rental, but there were several items that were not cleaned to a basic expectation. It was clear there was not a thorough walkthrough prior to our arrival to ensure a comfortable stay; we found a few items in disrepair or that needed to be replaced and what looked like belongings from previous renters still in drawers & cabinets. Overall, we enjoyed the relaxing environment and were hoping for warmer weather, but this wasn't completely the experience we wanted to celebrate our anniversary.
