Enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit, while watching your favorite show on our outdoor TV. Our new pool heater, quickly gets the pool and spa toasty warm on those cold winter evenings. While many of the surrounding homes heat their pools by solar, their pools are restricted to how warm their pools can be,

Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom + office home, offers South-West exposures, golf course views and amazing pink and purple sunsets.

We have bicycles, 2 fishing ocean Kayaks, fishing rods and beach chairs/umbrellas and beach supplies like coolers to ensure you can enjoy the beach on days you are not using the club. For those that like to BBQ, we also have you covered with our Weber gas BBQ, plus extra propane tanks to enjoy during your stay. Should a storm knock out your power, we also have a 10,000 watt gas/propane generator to keep you connected should a storm disrupt the power while other homes remain in the dark. In addition, we purchased a portable A/C unit that can be used with the generator.

What's Florida without the beach? Barefoot Beach's white sandy beaches are just a short 5 minute car ride away or 20 minutes by bike down Bonita Beach Road. If you like to collect seashells, this beach is a must.

Spanish Wells Golf and County Club, is a gated community providing 7/24 security.

Just a short 20 minute drive from Fort Myer's International Airport, 1.5 hours from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 2.5 hours from Miami or 3.5 hours from Orlando. Want to see Alligators in the wild? Everglade City is the place you want to go. Just a short 40 minute drive away, you can take fan boat tours though the Everglades and experience gators in their natural habitat.

Best Host!

Our host was the best we've experienced with a short term rental. He was proactive in making everything about our stay easy and enjoyable and he was very responsive when we had questions. He kept his word when he made a commitment. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location, pool/spa/outdoor area, view of the golf course and temporary membership.The community was welcoming and we had a great stay.

We really liked the property and community. Our host Rob was outstanding with his availability and communication. Enjoyed being in a gated community. Weather was perfect for entire month of March - had one day with rain. Should have booked the house for 2 months instead of 1!

Private Golf Course living in Bonita Springs, FL

We spent a spectacular five weeks at this Spanish Wells Country Club home around Christmas and January of 2017. If anything, the pictures of the home understate the look and feel once you walk in the front door. The street and neighborhood are very quiet and everyone you run into seems very friendly. The pool and hot tub are great. We spent many evenings sitting in the tub either looking at the stars or watching the living room TV. The screen is huge and we actually watched a football game from the hot tub. The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms work very well. Overall the home is very well kept and maintained. The best part of the home is its owner. He had every detail anticipated and covered before we arrived. The communication was exceptional. We have rented several homes over the years through VRBO and never had a bad experience. This experience was by some stretch the best we have ever had. The owner was simply that good to work with. If you are considering renting a home for five weeks as we did that element alone could be the difference between enjoyment and utter suffering. Everything was spectacular. I can not recommend a home more highly than I am attempting to with this dissertation. If you are not going to rent something on the water then this is what you need. It is ideally located to grocery and restaurants. After five weeks I can honestly say there was not place we would have rather stayed than here. It was perfect for us.

Nice property, but….

Can not say enough good things about our host, Rob. Have rented properties in the past for short vacations and have never had such a responsive, flexible, pleasant owner. When our scheduled vacation almost didn’t happen due to a medical issue, the owner changed his own plans to come to his property to accommodate us. We could not be more grateful. The photos of the property are accurate, and the property is in a friendly, gated golf community close to absolutely everything you could want in SW Florida. We had several issues come up while here, the pool, TV, bedroom safe, etc and all were immediately and professionally addressed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this property is really showing it’s age, and could have been cleaner on arrival. All of the carpets, both wall to wall as well as area rugs, are worn, stained and dirty. (As we followed another renter and this property is pet friendly, don’t know if owner aware of the stains, etc. However, they are all extremely worn!) The dishes and silverware, as well as pool towels, were also not well washed, despite there being a dishwasher and great washer dryer that all worked fine! Rewashed all before using. Met some very nice people while here, and, unfortunately found that the nightly/monthly rate for the property is more than double what most other homes in Spanish Wells are being rented for, including those with significant upgrades! Oh well, live and learn.

Quiet neighborhood, relaxing get away

We wanted a place to stay with ready access to tennis, pool, and golf- this was the ideal spot. Property owner very easy to work with and worked with us to correct any problems that arose. Would stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

Great property and great owner equals great stay. The house had everything we needed and the owner was super responsive to our questions and needs. We felt right at home. The house is very well kept, neat, clean and updated. The beds are super comfortable, and all the rooms have Smart TVs. The kitchen has everything you need as well. The location is great too. The development is well kept and secure. Everyone in the development is friendly. It was enjoyable to watch all the wildlife on the property; the birds, turtles and many bunnies. The back of the house is on the golf course and you get to see beautiful sunsets as well as the beautiful Florida sky everyday. We even saw a huge rainbow that seemed to cross the entire sky! You are close to everything, especially the beach. We visited several beaches and we really liked Barefoot Beach for the family. This was out first time on the west coast of Florida and we would love to come back and would stay at this house again. Thank You Rob for having us as guests!!

Winter getaway

Beautiful home, well appointed, super quiet street, heated pool and hot tub all minviting rest and relaxation. Located on the golf course, it was surprising how quiet it was despite people walking by all day. .All beds very comfortable, great kitchen fun to work in with quality pots and pans. Enclosed pool area offered wonderful exposure to sunshine most of the day.

Fantastic rental home!

My wife and I truly enjoyed our 2 month stay at this wonderful home along with our dog and frequent guests. The home has an open concept with a large kitchen and grate room that opens onto a large lanai and pool area. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the southern facing view onto the golf course. The southern exposure seems to stay pleasant on colder days while not baking you on warmer days. Really great for entertaining and maximizing time outdoors in sunny Florida. The house has a great layout with the 3 bedrooms located behind a pocket door that creates a separate suite away from the living area. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The house is very well stocked with virtually everything you could possibly need. The owner, Robert, was a joy to work, is a great communicator and seems to have amazing attention to detail which shows up in all the little things that you do not expect in a rental house. We have rented many houses; however, this was the longest time in one place. This house quickly felt like home and we hated to leave.

GREAT VACATION HOME

Restaurants close-by, from Mel's Diner to high-end restaurants and bars. Fully equipped rental property. Comfortable beds T,V, in every room.White sand beach @ Gulf of Mexico, 2 miles. Wonderful pool and patio furniture. Great new barbecue. Close to I-75 but quiet. Very good security. Challenging 27 hole golf course.

What makes this property unique

While there are many houses to enjoy there are VERY FEW that are Southwest facing.

If you are coming to Florida, you are doing so for the sun. In the winter months when the cold fronts blow from the north, our South West exposure keeps you warm even when the outside are is cold .

Our house offer's multiple bicycles for your to use along with beach chairs, towels and fishing rods and two ocean fishing kayaks along with roof racks should you want to take them with you to the beach. Going on a road trip? Just add our Tule bike rack to your trailer hitch and attached our bikes and your set.

Our poolside Webber BBQ will be waiting for you when you return, so you can grill while you watch the sun go down.
