This four bedroom/two bath southern facing channel home is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Vanderbilt Beach has to offer.
A screened-in lanai with a tv and fire table provide ample space to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, while watching the dolphins and birds. The open-concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining family and friends.
Load up the provided beach wagon, and take a 5 minutes stroll to the deeded beach access. Or, hop on the provided bicycles and take a 10 minute spin to amazing restaurants and shopping.
If leaving your fur babies behind is unthinkable, bring them along! Up to two dogs (any size) are welcome to stay and enjoy the fenced back yard.
