This four bedroom/two bath southern facing channel home is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Vanderbilt Beach has to offer.
A screened-in lanai with a tv and fire table provide ample space to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, while watching the dolphins and birds. The open-concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining family and friends.
Load up the provided beach wagon, and take a 5 minutes stroll to the deeded beach access. Or, hop on the provided bicycles and take a 10 minute spin to amazing restaurants and shopping.
If leaving your fur babies behind is unthinkable, bring them along! Up to two dogs (any size) are welcome to stay and enjoy the fenced back yard.

We had the most wonderful stay at this property. My sister and our families resided here for the week matter Christmas and it was everything we needed and more! The location was amazing, the street was beautiful and the walk to the beach was the best way to end the day for sunset. We hope to be back someday!

First, Candice is a great host. Super responsive and flexible. We experienced a life event that resulted in a later than expected arrival time and Candice was very amenable to working with us to make timing work out. Thanks Candice. Second, the home is great. While we were only two on this trip, we are already planning for a larger family gathering. Home sits on inland waterway, is spacious with great kitchen and family gather space, and a nice patio. Dolphins are sometimes sighted in the water. Beach is about a 5 minute walk away and easily accessible—lots of beach to roam! Just a great spot.
