The Cottage was very clean and well presented and had everything that we really needed. The peaceful surroundings were just what we needed and wanted for our special weekend away! Would highly recommend it for anyone that wants to feel like they’re totally away from anyone, peace and quiet.

It is more clean than expected and located away from others. Quiet place, nice room, adequate applicances and many power sockets, plenty of wood for fire, tidy bathroom, excellent communications, but the road is a bit bumpy.

If you like the serenity of the bush, waking up to the only sound being the birds singing, looking at the fire in the hearth and having a good conversation (perhaps even with yourself) instead of TV, then this is the place. We enjoyed exploring the property and Terrace Falls walk nearby. I loved the little touches of luxury from polished silver cutlery to the woven light shades to organic coffee and quality linen. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Perfect little escape for a couple. Very private and calming place to be. Clean, simplistic and well appointed. Great to have the waterfall hikes a short stroll up the road. We really enjoyed it.

Bedford Cottage is perfect for a secluded two-person getaway. Its setting is totally private, and it is equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay. The cottage is spotlessly clean, has a cozy wood burning heater and an air conditioner. We especially loved the high-quality linen choices and the eco-friendly toiletries. There's a nice 4.7km return bush walk to Terrace Falls located on the road in and it's only a 25-minute drive to explore the Leura and Katoomba town centres. Carolyn our host was wonderful to liaise with on check in and instructions for same are clear and concise. A highly recommended choice for a stay in World heritage Blue Mountains region.

Great place but property description says there is Wifi. Wifi doesnt work at all and there’s no reception.

The Wi-Fi can unfortunately be patchy at times, and we are actively investigating the root cause to get it sorted.
