We had a really nice time at this rental. The location was convenient, and being right on a private beach for the condo made things easy. My wife and I got to relax, and the kids enjoyed themselves too. It was a great spot for a family trip.

A fantastic setup. We arrived, entered the code, pulled in the private garage and went in the condo. The sight out the sliding glass doors in the living room was stunning. Being a six unit building made it feel like home not a hotel. The master bedroom has a veranda with an unmatched view and with the waves crashing, we enjoyed deep and relaxing sleep. The beach is literally 100 steps from the backdoor. We will be back!!!! Oh yeah and our dog Mookie loved it

We were extremely pleased with our condo's location. The short walk to the beach was a significant plus, and the private beach setting allowed us to position our canopy close to the water without encountering any issues. Nevertheless, we did discover some unwanted kitchen critters, which could probably be prevented with regular pest control treatments. But overall we had a great time and enjoyed staying at this condo.

Condo is in excellent condition, and is in a perfect location with direct access to a beautiful beach. We practically had the beach to ourselves for the entire week. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Great for young family

Stairs, Stairs, Stairs. Beds are very comfortable and the view from 3rd floor balcony is wonderful. Great location, very accommodating for young family. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Blue Angels practice 30 minutes away and USS Alabama Battleship about an 1 1/2 drive.

Nice stay, beautiful view!

We loved our time at The Dory! It's right on the shore, so the beach access can't be beat. Beautiful views from the decks and nicely appointed. We stayed with my 8yo, 5yo, and 2yo and it was very family friendly. The damage from the hurricane was still pretty extensive and most of the properties in the unit were being repaired, so be prepared for some extra noise from that. In general, a great stay!!

Just what I needed. Down time

The townhouse was what we expected. Close to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and uncrowded it was. We were located just right to visit towns on both sides of us to shop and eat. Put a few small tables on the balconies and it would be great!!

Beautiful property...just as described

We had a wonderful stay for a week. Beds were comfortable with plenty of space. Great view of gulf and beach from 2nd and 3rd floors. Bottom floor view is blocked by dune. Quiet and peaceful. Nice to see a place on the gulf not overrun with high rises.

Just the basics....but just what we needed

This quaint town home situated directly on the beach was perfectly for our stay. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was small but had just about every kitchen essential. It was a little odd that the two adult bedrooms on the third floor had to share a toilet/shower but thankfully it wasn’t a big deal for us. Will definitely come back

Perfect getaway home

We stayed at Dory condos for a family vacation. It was nicely decorated and exactly as shown in listing. It’s close to everything you need. Restaurants, grocery, short 5 minute drive to Flora-Bama and OB. The beach was steps away from downstairs screened porch which was great for leaving beach gear. There was a water hose on porch to clean your feet! Loved having a garage and never had an issue with parking! Will definitely stay here again. Very quiet to be on the Main Street!

This place was amazing. No complaints. The downstairs couch wasn’t very comfortable for nighttime tv watching, but beds were all very comfortable. It was close to several restaurants and shops. Great family location. Not too crowded. The condo had a private beach area which was very nice. Make sure that you bring either “cone” shaped coffee filters or K cups. Overall, we were very happy and will most likely come back to this place.

Great location and beach

The location on Perdido is great. The property is well maintained. The layout is a little awkward with only one bathroom on each floor, meaning adults have to share the master bathroom, but we made it work. The convenience of walking right out and down to the beach is the best. The two porches overlooking the beach are wonderful as well. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances but what is weird is basic spices missing (we had to dash out for salt and pepper). The beds are comfortable. Lots of stairs so that should be considered if you have grandparents staying with you. We’d stay here again.

The unit is very well located. Beautiful view. The unit floor design is great. Good for 2 families. The unit was very clean. One downside was the access to the internet. The network was on and off every night. Should change the provider or equipment. Thank you
