Amazing Stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was the perfect distance to the beach and had a pool right outside the front door. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place in Great Location

Second time in this community and it is perfect for our family: close to beach access, close to restaurants, two pools and family friendly atmosphere. Lazy Daze is cozy with a well appointed kitchen for meal prep and three porch/balcony areas for the family to spread out.

We loved the location! It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping and good food!

Perfect stay! The house was very inviting and extremely relaxing.

The home is very new and clean. It has plenty of room on the ground floor and three nice bedrooms upstairs. All the rooms offer plenty of natural light and feel very warm and comfortable. Our family enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful beach house!

Amazing little hidden gem! So happy we stumbled upon this place through VRBO! It was such a wonderful breath of fresh air! Home is within walking distance of the beach and has a nice pool right across the street. Rooms are large and bathrooms are nice. I especially loved the kitchen and the porches! Pool is very small for the size of the property and the definition of a short walk to the beach is a stretch.

Week with Family

Overall we were very pleased with the rental. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of seating both inside and out. The location of the pool right across the street was perfect. We loved having the bikes included and rode them daily. We were a little surprised at the length of the walk to the beach access, but it wasn’t bad- especially if we rode bikes. If you have a lot of things to take to the beach or little kids, I’d recommend a wagon or cart or some type. The neighborhood was quiet and very family oriented. The dryer didn’t seem to be working 100%- it didn’t seem to heat up enough to dry items.

We loved the location of the property. The house wasn't as clean as other places I have stayed. The dryer was rusty on top. The internet never really worked so the TV didn't work, the beds were hard, the toilet seats needed replaced, there were cobwebs in some of the light fixtures, microwave when turned on sounded like a machine gun, the dishwasher when turned on sounded like someone was trying to break out of it. I don't think any of this is really fault of management company. But when they texted me to ask how our stay was going I advised TV not working and they never responded. But we still enjoyed ourselves. I probably wouldn't rent this house again, but would definitely stay in the same neighborhood.

We had a great stay, great access and close to the beach. Loved the availability of having bicycles. The only thing I would mention, I would pay extra just to have the convenience of not worrying about small things like salt and pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. Having to worry about bringing all of those little things on vacation can be quite cumbersome. Otherwise great house, clean, spacious perfect for what we need. We’re definitely coming back

Beds were the only detractor for our stay, really firm. Great location, pool across the street. Spooky beach access was fairly close too.

Layze Dayze is A hidden gem

Our family of five had a great spring break because of this property location. Great floor Plan with space to get together, yet have place to get away. The neighborhood is established and very family friendly.

Great Vacation House

Had a great vacation at Layze Dazes house. Few items need maintenance, items that need corrected such as GFI electrical circuit in bathrooms and master bath toilet seat that needs replacement. Would be great if rug under dining table didn’t gap and become a tripping hazard. Overall a great vacation home that we will return to next Feburary

Great choice for our family
