Great location.

We were very pleased with the apartment and most of the amenities. However I would recommend that they include hand towels and face cloths to the available linens.

In a holiday apartment rental building: no personnel on site but good communication with the unit owner. Check in a bit complicated but you just carefully follow the owner’s instructions. In Calgary Chinatown at 1st St SE and Riverside Avenue. Ten minute walk to many places downtown and #300 airport bus stops nearby. Suggest Silver Dragon restaurant nearby for Dim Sum or à la carte; quick breakfast at Delta hotel BRWD coffee shop.

Vacation for Stampede

My partner and I stayed here for the Calgary stampede. It was great because we were able to walk everywhere! In the heat of the summer, the apartment stayed cool! Gary was very easy to connect with and accommodating. I would recommend anyone to stay there!

Attended Rotary International Convention

Gary was great to work with. We communicated a few times before arrival. He was always very prompt in returning emails. When we needed to add a day on the front end of our stay, he made it happen quickly. Apartment convenient to downtown. About a 5 minute walk to the metro train to take to Stampede Stadium. One additional benefit we liked, as it was cold a couple of days we were there, the bathroom floor is heated.

The condo was in a good location right across from the walking and biking path along the Bow River. You could easily walk to restaurants and shops. We did miss the green box at first along 1St Street SE, it's rather large 2 feet by 3 feet, thought it was some kind of electrical panel on the outside of the building. The unit was quiet and the bed comfortable. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the bathroom with a new set of towels complete with face cloth, and hand towels.

We had a great stay at the place, awesome location. Place was clean. The Pho restaurant next door is delicious. The coffee shop on the corner is convenient for grabbing a coffee to go sit by the river that is right across the street.

The apartment was ideally located for us. It is adjacent to the Bow River trails and Chinatown, within a 10 minute walk to the 240-4th Ave entry to the +15 walkways that interconnect most of the major downtown buildings, and within a 15 minute walk of the Convention Center, the 7th St light rail, and the 8th St mall. A large supermarket, the Real Canadian Superstore, is a 10 minute walk east. The apartment is as described, basic but very clean, comfortable and everything works. The kitchen-living area lacks a table for dining/working. The bedroom has a bed with memory foam mattress, comfortable bedding and side tables. The bathroom is compact but has heated floor. Entry arrangements are typical for a downtown apartment, with an electronic fob needed to enter the building and elevator and a key to enter the apartment. The manager promptly accommodated a request for an extra key. The apartment building is showing its age in the entry and elevator areas. On the other hand, for less than half the price of the more recently built luxury apartments along the Bow River downtown, this clean and comfortable apartment provides a similar location.

今回は502に宿泊しました 周辺は治安も良く、美味しいベトナミーズがすぐ近くで、過ごしやすい環境でした 部屋については、ほとんど問題なく過ごせたけど、唯一ベットだけが若干臭かったので、気になる人はシーツや掛け布団カバーを洗った方が気持ち良く過ごせます
