Nestled under the gumtrees and overlooking established gardens and the treetops beyond, is our shaded and generously sized two bedroom house. Very well presented and ready to enjoy.
The property has ample room to park your boat, caravan or both, whilst still providing room for your vehicle close to the front door.
North facing the sun passes over the front of the property providing filtered light through the mature garden into the big windows.
The house is furnished for four people comfortably but can sleep 5 if required.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with seating at both the kitchen island and an extendable table. Perfect for everyone to gather and enjoy a meal or a game (we provide a number of games). Polished concrete floors give the house a lovely cool feel underfoot.
If you prefer the outdoors there is a very large patio furnished with outdoor dining and lounge settings where you can watch the birds enjoy the native garden.
Other amenities include a full-sized fridge/freezer, new standalone oven/ stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, electric jug, toaster, teapot, coffee machine and frother and all the usual kitchen utensils to make dining in easy, if that’s what you prefer.
The living area includes two very comfy single leather recliners, two single moon chairs with rotating base, and a large wall mounted smart TV. To access Netflix etc you will need to hotspot from your own internet provider.
Both bedrooms include a reverse cycle airconditioner, if you need it at all. The house has great cross ventilation on those warm summer days.
Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and bedsides and a large wardrobe with ample hanging space, drawers and shelves. There is also a lovely view to the rear garden.
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and single bed on top and tallboy with loads of drawer space. Views from this room are to the front garden.
Bathroom and laundry. Are newly renovated with loads of vanity storage, face storage and power points. Featuring a rain head and head held shower there is also a washing machine and laundry tub.
Toilet is also newly renovated and separate to bathroom.
The house is well situated so everyone gets to enjoy Falcon and the surrounding areas, being just over an hour from Perth it is the easiest holiday you will get.
Spend the morning swimming, snorkeling, or playing on your watercraft at the beautiful Avalon Bay, or one of the many other beaches in the area.
Launch the jet ski / boat for some fun, dolphin discovery, or fishing on the estuary or just down the road at the beach ramp.
Cruise into Mandurah for some lunch or dinner or explore all the Peel region has to offer with walking tracks, bike paths and picnic spots everywhere you go.
When your done for the day just chillax in our shaded little house under the patio and catch a breeze in the afternoon, read a book or play a game. Cap off the day watching the sun set on the Indian ocean at one of the elevated positions along the foreshore.
They say if life throws you lemons make gin and tonic, others might say lemonade, but either way if they are in season, there will be a fresh lemon to squeeze on your food and drink straight from the garden.
Close to beaches 800m to Falcon Bay or Avalon beach and 1300m to Miami shopping centre (Woolworths) and a range of food including Indian, Chinese, Italian, fish and Chips, Subway, Red Rooster, HJ's, KFC, Mcdonalds, and Zambrero's. Miami Bakehouse, Cobblers Tavern, large bottlo, pizza and IGA another 150 m further. Really close to bus stop and if you choose not to drive catch a train to Mandurah Station and jump on a bus, taxi, uber.
