Beautifully decorated ground level villa with open living areas, 70 Fairway is one of our exclusive Premier Properties. The rear lagoon view from the sunroom or patio will take your breath away! Just a short five minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches via Beach Access 45, puts you away from the crowds but still offers the convenience of a public restroom/changing area. Full size washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen are just some of the extra bonuses with this property.
As with all of our villas, two free bikes are included to explore the miles of Seapines bikes paths, many with low intensity lighting for riding safely at night. Harbour Town or the South Beach Village are just 1 1/2 miles away. Guided horseback rides go into the 600 acre forest preserve from Seapines Lawton riding stables--free petting zoo for all ages. The rear area bridge over the lagoon ends in a well maintained practice putting green.
Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.
