Your upgraded 2 bedroom condo is awaiting your arrival. Located just steps to the pool and just far enough off the fairway to avoid golf balls, this ideal location condo has been updated with new flooring, new bathrooms, newer kitchen cabinets and new appliances. The condo sleeps four comfortably with 2 master bedrooms with new Cal King beds and TV's in both as well as new big screen HD TV in the living area. There is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room and of course, the unit has WIFI.
Desert Princess has many amenities including 33 pools, 33 hot tubs, 27 holes of affordable golf, tennis and pickle ball, racquetball, and a fitness center all within walking distance.
Desert Princess is just 10 minutes from PSP airport and downtown Palm Springs as well as very convenient to all the other activities that the desert has to offer (tram ride, hiking, shopping, etc)

Kay and Maureen have been friends for almost 30 years. We met originally when we were both "Toys R Us kids". We were working in the TRU corporate office in New Jersey. Our paths have diverged over the years but have stayed close friends. Kay lives in Utah with her husband and daughters. Maureen still lives in NJ but travels often to visit her boyfriend in Calif.

Why they chose this property

This investment will give us a nice destination to get together in the desert as well as (hopefully) rental income. The Desert Princess property offers all the amenities we could want along with a very convenient location.
