With a wonderful array of native birds, you will see; rainbow lorikeets, wattle birds, rosellas, superb fairy-wrens, galahs, sulphur-crested and yellow-tailed black cockatoos.

All of the space is available except for a room attached to the garage which is used for storage.
DETAILS TO NOTE:
1-2 small non-shedding pets are welcome! But please let us know if you plan on bringing any furry friends.
The house is equipped with NBN wifi, Chromecast and other amenities to enjoy your stay.
We have a folding bed suitable for a child or smaller person if you would like this set up (max 8 people in the house)
There is off-street parking and a large double garage. You can park a combination of 4 vehicles/watercraft on the premises.
We have 2 Kayaks for use! You will need roof racks or a way of transporting them. Lifejackets are supplied.
There is also a boogie board and surfboard.
The building is a duplex and shares a driveway with another property. Please only park in our area of the driveway or the garage to not block access for our neighbour.
Here are our Terms & Conditions that must be followed by all guests:
1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
When you book and stay with us, you're agreeing to these house rules.
2. CHECK-IN / OUT
Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. The location, your unique property access code and access details will be sent to you in the house manual closer to your stay (about 24 hours before)
3. SECURITY BOND
No security bond is needed for this stay.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties or events are not allowed on this property. Please keep noise levels down after 8 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends. If we have to step in, we'd hate to see you lose your bond or have to leave early with an eviction.
5. PETS
We can only accommodate 1-2 small-sized non-shedding doggos. Also, they are not allowed to hang out on the furniture or beds. Please check with me if you are bringing a furry friend.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
We've got you covered with fresh linen and towels. Just take care of them, if anything happens, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur a small replacement fee.
7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the number they have provided. If it's noisy and we can't sort it out by getting in touch with you guests may be charged a call-out fee for property managers or security to attend the property. Any complaint must be notified in writing to Bespoke BNB before departure from the property. We want to make sure everyone is happy, including our neighbours.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Bespoke BNB is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
9. KEYS
The keys are available 24/7 and details will be sent to you before check-in. Keys must be collected and returned here STRICTLY at check-out for cleaners to access. Any lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
10. DOORBELL CAMERA
There is a doorbell camera facing the street on the front gate. It records 15 seconds on motion. All video is automatically erased by the camera after 7 days.
11. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
We trust you to treat our place like your own. Please follow house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety, and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft, and property loss during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests included with the original booking may stay on the property overnight.
12. PROPERTY DEPARTURE
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in their position when you arrive.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the removal of excessive rubbish, etc.
