Lovely Bush Retreat

Great accommodation, clean & comfortable , set amongst nature. You're greeted by all the locals, kangaroos, magpies & even Alpaca's. Host was lovely & greeted us on arrival.

The property was just enough and so secluded. The surrounding was beautiful just looking from the decking. The property owner Michelle was so lovely and very accommodating, but didn’t get to meet her as we arrive really late. Thanks Michelle for our lovely stay, we will be back soon 😊

Aaah, the serenity!

Perfect little secluded retreat set amongst the natural Aussie landscape with the odd roo passing through.....very relaxing!Host has thought of pretty much everything to make the stay as comfy and cosy as possible, definitely recommended if you're after that peaceful getaway.

The Eucalyptus Retreat was excellent. It was so quiet and calming. The facilities were wonderful and cosy. We saw kangaroos, magpies, and rosellas. We spent so much time in the loft up in the treetops. A perfect weekend getaway.

Host Michelle has created a perfect place to escape the rat race. Set amongst a eucalyptus woodland, the natural views from every angle of her tiny house are picture perfect. The property has everything you would need. I was super impressed with the composting toilet. If you wish to make use of the fire pit, ensure you book outside of the fire danger season. ‘Long walks’ are on the unsealed roads that provide access to the property which lead to generous views of the lower lakes. While we only caught a glimpse of kangaroos from a distance, a group of alpacas did pay a close visit. There are plenty of wineries, to dine and visit within a short drive…or simply grab a book, relax and just be.

Serene Escape in a Beautiful Tiny Home Surrounded by Nature

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the Euculyptus retreat. A beautiful tiny home surrounded by stunning nature, and it was the perfect getaway. The peaceful setting, with kangaroos and colourful Rosellas, made it feel like a serene retreat. The tiny home was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities we needed and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Check in was seamless and we felt so refreshed after our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape in nature, this tiny home is a true gem. Highly recommended!

A perfect short getaway in the hills

Arriving at Eucalyptus Retreat, we were greeted by two charming alpacas and a lovely donkey. They helped set the scene for a lovely, relaxed weekend in charming Macclesfield. The accommodation is compact but not squeezey and had everything we could have asked for. The deck was a lovely place to relax, take in the views, cook our dinner on the barbecue and watch the sun go down. We ventured out to explore Macclesfield, having a delicious lunch at the charming Three Brothers Hotel, and exploring the Crystal Lake, also in town. The rest of the time we were happy soaking up the views surrounding our lovely accomodation, watching magpies, kookaburras, rosellas, and even a couple of kangaroos come and go. Thank you Michelle for a very special weekend.
