We really liked the neighborhood. The location was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped. (Keurig coffee maker would be nice). A few amenities like hairdryer, iron, extra toilet paper, shampoo, Wi-Fi would be nice additions.

This property was perfect for what we needed. We really liked the open layout and the comfy furniture. My husband and I enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. The property in a lovely, quiet neighborhood only a block from the lake.

We loved the neighborhood. It was close to a lake and the house was spacious with comfortable beds. We enjoyed dining on the lanai and the fenced in backyard was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, super clean and comfortable

Short weekend stay to take grandkids to visit grandma for her birthday. Fenced backyard was great for them to run around and burn off excess energy. Lots of room to spread out, comfortable beds, and TONS of hot water. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Sebring.

Trip to visit old friends and quiet relaxing time for us!!!

This was a nice relaxing home in a nice quiet area for a great getaway. It was convenient to all shopping and good food. The furnishings were comfortable, the screen porch was relaxing, and neighborhood was safe. It's location in Florida allowed us to visit friends in various areas of the state.

The property is a very nice large house that accommodated as well. It was a very clean, although there is a few little Maintenance things that could be done to even improve it I would recommend it highly especially for people that need the three bedroom situation or a group was brothers and sisters, and we used all three bedrooms if you were elderly or have elderly in the group you may have a problem in that neither of the shower stall or the tub shower have ground bars to hold onto when you bathe. Our youngest was 79 and oldest 84 and it was somewhat a problem for us.

Nice, Clean House with Plenty of Space

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean home. There was plenty of parking, which was great for our group. The only thing we wished for was Wi-Fi, as some of our group were foreign travelers and needed it for communication. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Just what we needed

We came down for a 'celebration of life' for our uncle and wanted to stay somewhere comfortable and roomy that would be reasonably priced. This home met all of our requirements and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet so we could rest. Thank you!

Nice place but needs some updating

Nice neighborhood. The house was clean but it needs new carpet and updated linen. It looks like they put random pieces of furniture to furnish the place. Master shower is nice. Not a bad place to stay. I would just reccomend doing a little updating

Very quiet neighborhood

We were surprised (almost alarmed, lol) at how quiet the neighborhood was. The house is clean and well maintained, the pool table was a nice touch, although we never had time to use it. The only 2 things that we found to be negative were that the living room furniture could’ve been more comfortable and the guest rooms could use a television. Otherwise, everything was great! Our group had no complaints about the beds or bathrooms. Would definitely book again the next time we’re in Sebring!

No communication

We loved the location and the house is beautiful. But they communication with evolve the managment company was not acceptable. We tried twice to get ahold of someone with minor issues and was told to.contact the owner but with no.contact info.

Less than acceptable

We were very unhappy that the supply of hot water for showers was super limited, throughout our stay we managed to have three hot showers among the three adult quest. We felt this inconvenience was unacceptable on relationship to the fees we paid. We could not in good conscience ever recommend this place to family or friends in Sebring.
