Outside spacious terraces, one on the upper level with studio (one bedroom with fitted kitchen area), SE and WC and which offers a solarium area with deckchairs, and furniture offering a magnificent view all around.
Newly renovated house, in perfect condition (modern furnishings).
Quiet residential area just 10 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, and 15 minutes from the beach.
Callao Salvaje is a large predominantly French-speaking village.
