Lovely, well equipped, modern property that made our stay memorable and everything we hoped for…would love to return. If we were lucky enough to build a beach house one day…this is what we would try to emulate.

Lovely home! Perfect for our family group of 9. Plenty of space, kids loved the bunk room, it was lovely and clean, it had everything we needed to cook at home too. Nice estuary walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.

We would happily consider staying again next year. The house was really well appointed and very cosy with the wood fire and ducted heating. Perfect location and very peaceful. We did sadly fine the old school chairs rather uncomfortable and we all found the beds really hard so would suggest purchasing some topper pads maybe. Over all excellent place.

Best house

New, super clean, great vibe. Stayed w family of 5 (8,10,12yo) and over our two weeks in So NZ, this was our favorite house (out of 7). Not a ton of stuff was open in Kaiteriteri (in the winter) but Montueka is 15min away and has good places to eat, shop. Kids loved the bunk room. Quiet house and area. Would def stay here again! Can’t beat the niceness and cleanliness.
