Our stay

Was overall nice, but when we arrived there was water on the floor in utility room. I put towels down and then mopped it up. I then had to use the laundry detergent supplied, Also upon arrival the house was very warm (83 degrees). As AC ran it cooled down, But it was hot! Not sure if you guys are to supply toilet paper but we had to run out and get. Not a big deal, but thought you should know

Hello John , thank you for your review. We are glad you had a great stay overall. We will share your feedback with the the team about the AC . As far as toiletries, the homes are self-catered . Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
1. Unacceptable Cleanliness Upon Arrival * The downstairs bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The toilet and floors had not been properly cleaned, and we had to clean them ourselves before using the bathroom.2. Dirty Bedding * The comforter in the master bedroom had visible orange food or sauce stains on it when we arrived.3. Pool Heater * The pool heater was not turned on or adjusted until the fourth day of our stay. Even after it was activated, the water was only barely above room temperature, preventing us from enjoying the pool for much of our vacation.4. Game Room Air Conditioning * The air conditioning in the game room was not functioning for the entirety of our stay. Your staff informed us this was a known issue before we even arrived. We were repeatedly told someone would come repair it, then told the necessary part was unavailable. When the technician finally arrived, he stated he had not been told any of that and questioned why he had been sent because there was no way to repair the unit. Ultimately, the AC was never fixed. The room became unbearably hot, and the children could not safely or comfortably use the space.5. Mold in the Neon Kids Game Room * We also discovered mold inside the closet of the neon kids’ game room, which is extremely concerning, particularly in an area intended for children.6. Roaches * There were both live and dead roaches throughout the game room.7. Broken Amenities * One of the arcade games was not workin
