Overall. enjoyed our stay at Majestic Vacation Home. It was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was big enough for everyone to enjoy as well. Communication was also great as well as checkin. To make the property better for the next guests, I would suggest they get someone in to do a DEEP cleaning (walls, carpet, doors, etc). There were also a couple of broken pieces of furniture that should be tended to.

Home was comfortable and as pictured in the VRBO listing. Juan was very responsive and accommodating. My family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. The only recommendation I would add is maybe provide things like trash bags, dish soap, condiments/simple spices (like salt and pepper)…just a few of the usual things until guests can get to a store. I would definitely book with Juan at the Majestic Vacation rental again.

Property was exactly what we were looking for! Pool was great, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Place was nice and clean. AC worked great. We spent 14 days there and enjoyed it! Kids loved the themed bedrooms.

July 4th Family Bond

The property was very roomy and clean plus the outside pool/hot tub also the game room that was a big plus and I must say Mr Juan help answered all my questions/concerns THE GAS GRILL AWESOME…. We enjoyed this property. We had 4 adults and 4 children with us and there was space for everyone. The pool and outdoor spaces were fantastic. The property manager was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Nice house

Juan was a great host answered emails promptly. There were 6 kids and 6 adults house was just the right size and the kids loved the pool liked having a gate around pool for little ones.

Had a great experience with my family. The owner was great. We had an issue with the TV and he sent someone out within an hour and the following morning there was a new tv installed. Very clean, nice bedrooms and the community pool and hot tub was bonus

Beautiful home in gated community! Our family enjoyed our stay over spring break. The house was very spacious and our kids loved the pool. Property owner was very attentive to any needs or questions we had. We will definitely book again!
