Pictures did not do it justice. Very large building. Can accommodate a large family. Short walk to beach, shops, pubs, boutiques, liquor store, grocery store.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect getaway for couples or a group of friends. Centrally located, so a short walk to shopping, sight seeing or a cold drink. The kitchen was fully furnished, each room had its own luxurious charm. The beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very quick to help us with our tv remote issues. The problem was solved within 15 minutes. We will definitely be coming back!

The host was incredibly welcoming, and the home is perfectly situated in a beautiful town. The interior is immaculate, featuring modern furniture and appliances, and it’s even more spacious than the photos suggest. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

This property is unbelievable! What a fun night stay we had here. The decor and setup of this house is so fun! We made an amazing dinner and enjoyed it at the large dining table. The host was very responsive and called me on check-in day. We would definitely recommend staying here, and the location is fantastic.

We are 6 sisters in our 60s and 70s. It’s a great property. The location is fantastic and everyone we met in town was so friendly. We loved the outside patio. The property was so clean and all the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is everything you would want. It’s so well stocked. We had a wonderful stay!

This is an excellent home for a large gathering. We rented it for a ladies night and with 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it was perfect! This would be great for catering an event (large kitchen and lots of dining space), hosting a family reunion, or just enjoying a luxurious space with your favourite people.

We stayed at this home for my daughter’s 13th Birthday sleepover. The house was a huge hit with the girls! Lots of glitz and glam that made them all feel like they were on a luxury getaway. It has tons of space to accommodate a good size group and is the perfect location for teen birthdays, bachelorettes or a girls getaway. We highly recommend the home to others and plan to return again for other occasions. Wonderful property and host!

We had a really great time at the Donovan residence and in St Andrew’s. The house was very clean, comfortable with lots of gracious space and views and it was in a great location for getting everywhere and there were many activities around to entertain our 15 month old. The property manager was very responsive and fixed some issues right away. We felt very welcome, thank you!

Property is in a wonderful area - easy walk to downtown shops and eateries. Communication with host was great. There were a couple of issues that were addressed right away. The home could definitely use a deep cleaning. You can tell it's a rental. We would probably stay again.

1. Location….excellent. Easy to walk to everything in downtown St A. 2. Cleanliness…. You could eat off the floor, not that we did. 3. Beds are very comfortable and the linens were excellent. 4..Various electronic devices. All excellent and in great working order. The ice machine and wine cooler were well used. 5. Roomy +++ 6. Decor…. Bohemian chique with purple as the main theme plus crystals and mirrors galore. 7. Large patio outside. More seating would have been nice but, ah well. 8. Bathrooms-powder room on the main Full BR on the 2nd shared between 3 bedrooms. The 3rdfloor bedroom had a HUGE BR on the 3rd with a large suite attached 9. Beds. 2 king size and 2 queens kept in 4 bedrooms. There were some stored mattresses spied in a couple of alcoves so more guests could be accommodated. Summary: It was wonderful and all 8 of us would highly recommend this place to a large group. One caveat: all of the bedrooms are accessed by a stairway so accessibility might be an issue for some people.

Well we were staying over Christmas and planning to prepare Christmas dinner. I bought lots of pot, bowls, utensils. We had a lovely Christmas turkey dinner. Thankfully we had 2 ovens as that was helpful. The down side was Toilet was plugged up, but thankfully the was taken of be Ashlee. Dishwasher not working, but once we we able to reset the breaker, were able to use it thankfully. Overall I was a perfect place to be able to have Christmas dinner for family. Thank You. Down side I didn’t appreciate having to plunge the toilet and to have to locate the untitles to see if we could get power to the dishwasher.
