Great little house

We stayed for just over two weeks while we were looking for a permanent house. It was a great little location and was an awesome place to stay to help make San Antonio our new home.

We enjoyed our time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet outside of the train. I would have liked to extend our time but availability was completely booked. We would stay again in the future.

Overall, the house is wonderful. Many amenities available and it was updated and clean. We enjoyed the open concept, which was a must have for our family. With everything, there are pros and cons which you see below. My end review: I would recommend this home to others.Pros: updated, modern, spacious inside and outside, many amenities available, great location! the informative email sent out the morning of check in is very clear and transparent to follow and HEB is literally one block away. Cons: neighbor has many outdoor cats that are in the front / back yard and under the warmth of our car - if you’re allergic to cats I would use caution, there is no gate to close your vehicle in the driveway, & being on a dead end road it is easy to see others driving in and around (the other neighbor will come and go throughout the night at all hours) the rail road tracks are close to the home - this did not bother us. In 24 hours the train passed by 4 times - is not close enough to make the house rumble but the train passes by at any hour of the day (this is mention in the posting) I would rate this a 4.5/5 :)
BEAUTIFUL kitchen. I don’t use a dishwasher so I used theirs to dry the dishes while we were out.
