Great space

I couldnt ask for more. amazing location. The amenities were great. Easy checkout instruction made life easier. BONUS points for for having all the extra beach gear available to grab and go whether your experienced or not - it allows you an option with out paying an arm and a leg. The white noise machine was amazing and the air conditioning was great. Hands down the best water pressure of anywhere I have stayed in the past decade. The bed was comfy also.

Three words to describe this vacation rental… location, location, location!! Literally steps away from the beach and walkable to several local restaurants. Definitely would recommend.

Nice stay

The place was nice. A bit small for two people, but we got along just fine having the beach gear was a perfect addition to a nice stay. I don't know that we would choose this particular place again, but would definitely go through Gertrude rentals as they were wonder to work with, and seemed to really care about us having a nice stay.

Great Unit

We will be back to this amazing unit! Excellent communication and easy check in. We loved the easy beach access and how clean and comfortable the unit was. Can't wait to return to Siesta Key and we would stay here again...and we'll recommend this spot to our friends and family.

Wonderful stay in Siesta Key

Wonderful condo in an excellent location. The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Clean, cute and everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location to the beach can't be beat and there are available beach chairs to use. To get to the village, you just walk down to the road and flag the free open-air trolley that will take you around the island. It was a perfect weekend.

Always wonderful!

This is our third time renting from Gertrude Rentals. The property is well stocked and every amenity is available for you- umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels. We knew if we needed anything, we could call the office and get our needs met. The beach was glorious as usual!

Unbelievable location!

Loved this place! The location to the beach incredible, so close that I could leave my flip flops on the room. Loved all the beach gear that was provided for use. Communication was quick and helpful. Still in awe of how close we were to the beach. Well maintained property. Within walking distance to food, drink and stores. We won't even book a car next time!

Very very noisy. Ross construction 7-5 every day. Couldn’t get out of drive way. Asked leave.

Worst over rated place ever. If u like to buy tee shirts & get drunk every night this is the place for you. Couldn’t sit on tiny deck because of construction. Couldn’t walk dog due to construction. Bed was terrible. Stillhave back ach.

We are very sorry this guest had a bad time. We were not the ones doing the construction. The county was doing street repairs in the area. We kept the guests up-to-date on the progress and our street is very small and right across from the beach access so they weren't in front of our unit more than a half a day. I'm not trying to argue with the guest, but the bed in this unit is newer, under two years old. The last two guests and the cleaning crew do not agree that there's any issue with it. Regarding t-shirt sales and drinking, honestly this is a very quiet neighborhood, probably the best beach neighborhood on the island. Although the Village South is only about 1/3 of a mile up the road and it’s beachwear shops do you have a normal selection of T-shirts and there are bars to enjoy, this is not a busy area. It's a fun area don't get me wrong, but it's mature adults having fun and it’s families. Anyone who accidentally comes to this area the party is going to be disappointed. Our neighborhood has no through streets, no commercial businesses, and no public parking. from the beach pass for the best beach on the island and even if someone hast to do road work out there it's not going to be much I mean.
