Steps away from the beach, cold AC just make sure you bring some TP- the provided rolls are not great quality. Was perfect for our stay.

Thank you so much, we loved the cleanliness, location and how quiet this apartment was. We also appreciate the clean towels, the beach chairs and towels, and having the laundry facilities was wonderful

The condo was exactly as described - recently renovated and perfect location. We were literally steps away from the beach, the Sandbar and all of the adorable shops & restaurants on Pine Street. We rented bikes, but barely used them since everything was so walkable.The condo has been recently updated and the decor is gorgeous. The bedroom was large with plenty of drawers for storage and closet space. There is good storage space for food and other things. The sofa bed was comfortable.We had some minor issues with keypad stopped taking our code and sofa bed linens didn't fit, but the customer service was outstanding and took care of it immediately.There was no dishwasher and the kitchen/dining area got a little crowded with 3 people. The shared (free) laundry was just outside our door, so that was very convenient. Overall a good spot for three of us (one adult and two 15 year olds) for Spring Break.
