The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Had everything we needed for 3 nights with 6 people. It is a short car or Uber drive to the waterfront. The host was very responsive to all questions.

The kitchen was had everything needed for making meals.The bedrooms are beautiful & the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillow.The downstairs living area is perfect for gathering & there is access to a beautiful backyard.The owner is very responsive & generous. I spent a holiday weekend here with family and had a wonderful stay. The home is in excellent condition, great linens and a well equipped kitchen. Lots of space and a quiet neighbourhood. Our host offered us lots of flexibility and was courteous. A great experience.

We had an amazing stay. The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and exactly as described—so much room for everyone to be comfortable. I had arranged a family ladies weekend in Kingston, Ontario. The house was amazing and everyone commented on how comfy the beds, pillows and linens were. Walter was always quick to response and very accommodating. We definitely would stay there again. I highly recommend this VRBO

Family Wedding

We went to Kingston to attend a family wedding. The house location was perfect and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was amazing!!!

We loved the house. The master bedroom was excellent. It was well equipped thought not enough sink dish washing and washing machine detergants. We would have also appreciated more towels.

Beautiful Home

This beautifully renovated home is located in a quiet mature neighbourhood and has everything you need. It has a well-equipped modern kitchen. The huge dining room table easily seats 12 people. The huge yard has plenty of space for kids and backs on to a woods. There are lots of games and puzzles. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the living areas were comfortable and great for relaxing together.The bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The backyard space was huge. The location was ideal very close to Queens University, yet quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was excellent, quick responses, very accommodating, and clear instructions for check-in and check-out.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a space to accommodate the family.
