Escape to tranquility in the seaside area of Paralio Astros, embraced by the picturesque coastline. With panoramic views of the sea and its comfortable space, Sun and Sea offers the ideal place for anyone seeking ultimate relaxation.

We always strive to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations. We are here to make your visit unforgettable.
The space

The 110 sq. m. residence, dressed in earthy tones and combined with the blue of the sea, will offer you tranquility and enjoyment.

On the first floor, you will find the spacious and unified living room with dining area and kitchen. The large sliding balcony doors of the living room and then the balcony itself offer unobstructed views of the blue sea. Additionally, the sofa converts into a bed for two people (preferably for two kids). On the same level, there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a sea view backdrop.

The interior staircase leads to the upper floor where the second bedroom is located with a private bathroom and the most wonderful view of the area.

Other things to note
Access to the accommodation is through the side staircase of the complex.

Security cameras have been installed around the perimeter of the property for security purposes.

The pool on the premises is not accessible to guests during their stay.

Beautiful property in a lovely town, easy access to the village with a quiet and peaceful surrounding. The suite was perfect for our family, clean, and full of all amenities. The hosts were responsive and very kind.

Everything about the property was great. The owner was on property very often as he has an appt there, too. After asking if any one would be on property throughout the day and being told NO, there were in fact several times workers would bike onto property. My text messages about these moments were answered eventually and I was able to relax afterwards. However it was unnerving to know we were not alone when we were told we would be. The biking worker was never introduced to us (before/during). The property is very large & the pool is off limits. The staircase leading to upper bedroom doesn’t have a railing or a door, Just FYI. Anything you do upstairs can DEFINITELY be heard downstairs. I’d 100% rent this apartment again, quirks and all.
