From arrival to check out was a smooth process.The apartment was super clean and appliances in working order (instructions for TV would have been helpful) but as the priority was to be in the heart of the Grove not a big deal. Neighbours were friendly which was a nice touch!Accommodation as described which was absolutely fab and peaceful - Thank you

The location was an excellent jumping off point for what we wanted to do. Portobello mkt was a short walk and the underground as well as the bus were very close. London is very spread out, so do need to use uber or public transportation. Although the cost is considerable, you do get what you pay for. Highly recommend Justin’ home.

Great neighborhood

This place was so cute and close to all things worth seeing and staying around. Felt safe at all times and public transport was super convenient. One of the busses went by the place so you were always close to a way around.

Lovely London Flay

We spent 10 wonderful days staying at the Notting Hill flat it was a perfect blend of being very centrally located, but also being in a fun funky neighborhood. The apartment itself was very well equipped and very calming to come home to at the end of the day.

Very comfortable stay

Comfortable, clean and bright. Nice flat in convenient location. Everything as expected and Justine was great to communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay. Tube convenient but also 452 bus great for getting around. Lots of food options also in the area.

Great Flat in a Great Neighborhood

Nearby tube stop (Ladbroke Grove) - Easy access to the Heathrow Express. Many great walkable restaurants (breakfast especially) and pubs. Spacious Living Room. Perfect for 2 people as a jump off point for visiting London. Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Great apartment for a stay in London

We’re a retired couple who stayed in this apartment 8 nights. Everything about the apartment was great - comfy and cozy, great location (really close to bus and tube stops), well equipped kitchen and an owner who is very responsive to questions and concerns. We’ll definitely stay here next time we visit London.

Excellent Location and Spotless Flat

Justine is an excellent house with an amazing flat in a great location. Definitely a terrific spot to base yourself in London, portobello road is close by and walking distance to beautiful parks. Good restaurants close by as well. You won’t regret choosing this property!

Beautiful Flat in Great Area

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying a this property! Great location, impeccably decorated, and super clean. Seamless check-in and check-out experience. Our first time in London/England and we were so pleased with the flat! Just as pictured on the website and Justine Francesca was communicative and helpful - even checking in periodically during our 10 day stay. 70 Cambridge Gardens

Property is exactly as the pictures show of the inside and outside. Beautiful and well kept flat with plenty of room for two people. Great location as it’s less than 5 minutes to the closest tube station and 2 blocks from Portebello Road. Plenty of restaurants and Pubs all within walking distance from the flat. This is an exceptional place to stay!!

Great property!

My husband and I were so happy with our stay at Justines’s property. It was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Justine was in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I had a couple of questions and she replied promptly even though she was out of town due to a death in her family. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short walk from the tube station. We would definitely stay here again!
