We've stayed here twice. The location is great (walkable to a cute bakery and near some of our friends). Really nice to have the room with a double and bunk bed for our kids.

We stayed here a few nights to visit our student at Tufts and enjoyed it. The apartment was clean, cozy, and pleasant. Comfortable beds! Its location has easy access to Tufts, the freeway, and other destinations. Having a driveway parking spot is very convenient.

Wonderful Spot!

I needed to visit family in Medford and this location was perfect. Just a 15 minute walk to Ball Square Green Line station. The host had everything I needed and also provided some fun snacks and water as a welcome gift. Bed was super comfortable.

This place received excellent reviews in the past so was surprised our experience was much different. Not given correct check in information, no clear indication where designated parking was, no extra kitchen or bath towels, no flat sheets on two of the beds, no hand soap for shower. Fitted sheet on King bed had lost all elastic kept shifting during sleep. The two times I spoke with host he was curt. Location was very good and easy to walk to cute bakery and train station.

We're sorry to hear there were a few issues during your stay, and after connecting with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- We're sorry you received the wrong code at first. We’ve spoken with the management company and asked that codes only be shared during the week of a guest’s arrival to help avoid any confusion.- The Yale locks can be a little tricky if you're not used to them. Like other keypads, there's a confirmation step, and in this case, it's the checkmark button that finalizes the code.- There is just one driveway on the property, and it is intended for guest use. We'll make sure this is clearly communicated going forward.- We aim to have 6 to 8 bath towels available, and the washer and dryer are there for convenience during longer stays. We'll also remind the cleaner to fold down the top sheets so they are easier to see.Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve and make future stays even more comfortable.

The place is very nice inside, it's a renovated unit in an older house. We stayed as a family with 3 kids. Every one had their own bed. Kids found some games to play. We received a nice welcome basket. Also, there are some basic supplies in the kitchen and toiletries. The shower head was broken, but was super quickly replaced a couple of hours after we reported it. It's about 13 min walk to Ball station on the Green line, easy way to get into Boston. Overall, I would recommend.
