Loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, allowing my family to walk around campus. Felt very safe. We will definitely try to get this place again for future visits to South Bend.

Amazing property!!!

Fantastic apartment - 5 minute walk to Notre Dame - very well appointed and very clean!!! Every detail was thought of - owner was very easy to work with - I look forward to returning to this great property on our next visit to South Bend!

Great location, walking distance to Eddy Street and Notre Dame campus. Entrance to apt is right into a steep set of stairs into a basement, so I wouldn't recommend if you need easy accessibility. Plenty of toiletries are available if you forgot anything and the host provided bottled water. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect basement apt

Just as advertised. Basic and easy. Excellent location near Eddy Commons, Trader Joe’s and University. (No washer/dryer, but I should have known that from the listing).
