This was our second stay at this property. The location is fantastic for everything RiNo has to offer, and the photos are mostly accurate. Unfortunately, this visit had a few more hiccups than our previous stay.The check-in and verification process was cumbersome, requiring multiple attempts, and the unit wasn't ready at the stated check-in time. The cleaning lady kindly let us in, but the lock code didn't work, requiring a 10-minute phone call to resolve. More concerning, shortly after arriving, two people we didn't know walked into our unit. I reported this immediately and was told someone would follow up, but never received an explanation. The unit could also use some maintenance, particularly compared to another unit we've stayed in at the property.I reached out privately before posting this review, hoping to resolve these concerns directly. I received an initial response two days later, but haven't heard anything further in the nine days since.Despite these issues, the location is hard to beat, and we'll most likely stay again for our annual event. That said, I would have expected better communication and follow-through from a professionally managed property. Hopefully, the host takes this feedback constructively, as a little more attention to check-in, maintenance, and guest communication would go a long way toward making this a great experience.

Great rental!

It can be hard to find a rental unit enough living space while traveling with a group but this place was perfect, even a little bigger than I expected. It's in a safe and walkable location, if I'm ever back in Denver with a group I would love to rebook. Easy and quick communication with the host made everything a breeze!

Excellent Stay in RiNo

Everything was exactly as advertised. This loft is in an excellent location and perfect for walking around RiNo and even LoDo, though it was a bit more of a haul. The beds were comfy, toiletries were provided, and for a loft, it was a quiet space. Our only complaints were the tv doesn’t connect to the internet, so we couldn't use it for one of our activities, and the patio was very dirty. The upstairs unit appears to have bird feeders and the seed was all over the patio. We were excited to be outside on it more but it annoyingly stuck to your shoes so we stopped going out there. Finally, there was an image of the listing with what appears to be a rooftop but there was no information about if we could access it or how. I could have just missed it though.

Perfect location if you are looking for great dining and drinks. A very short walk to the train station to go literally anywhere. The space had plenty of room for three couples and the building was very secure.
